★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada. Había acudido varías veces a lo que siempre tuve buenos resultados pero esta última vez fue muy mala experiencia. Acudí por dolor de garganta y leve fiebre, a lo que de inmediato me dijeron que me hiciera la prueba COVID. Ni siquiera me revisaron bien y ni siquiera me dieron otra opción.
Tuve que tomar una segunda opinión (en otro consultorio y haciendo el gasto de nuevo) y tengo infección de garganta.
Estos síntomas han existido toda la vida y no se vale que todo lo relacionen con COVID. Y peor, te cobren la consulta completa sin revisarte bien o agotar otras posibilidades.

I went in for a sore throat and slight fever, to which they immediately told me to take a COVID test. They didn't even check me out properly and didn't even give me another option.
I had to get a second opinion (at another office and at the expense again) and I have a throat infection.
These symptoms have existed all our lives and it is not worth that everything is related to COVID. And worse, they charge you for the full consultation without reviewing you well or exhausting other possibilities.
