★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendous variety of weights and weight machines. Cardio machines are well varied. The desk staff are very respectful and helpful. It is an older gymn and newer equipment would be nice, but the value for the money is tremendous. Monthly rates are to be had but if one joins for more months you can negotiate. I do not expect American or Canadian standards, therefore I am not going to compare the Wellness Center with my Vancouver gyms. Air conditioning is appreciated there. Locker rooms, showers, and sauna (I think) are good. Because it is very spacious, it never seems too busy. Never have to wait for equipment. Rules are not necessary because the mostly Mexican members are very fair and friendly. An easy place to make amigos. Try it, you'll like it.
