mala atención y negligencia por parte de administración, me enfermé y pedí asesoría para congelar mi membresía y el gerente se burló de mí, no me atendió en mi cita agendada y quiso obligarme a ir presencial hasta su oficina cuando yo estaba vulnerable y además atravesando pandemia. No ofrece atención vía telefónica ni siquiera para preguntarle qué hacer. Lástima.
