WENDLER DENTAL - 72410 Puebla

Tuve una complicación de una cirugía que otra dentista me hizo de los 3ros molares que resulto en una infección muy fuerte.Contacte al Dr. Wendler un domingo por la noche, e inmediatamente me brindo asistencia y a primera hora el siguiente día ya me estaba atendiendo. Gracias a su apoyo y sus recomendaciónes de emergencia pude controlar la infección y no hubo mayores complicaciónes. Estuvo atento todos los dias de preguntar como me sentia y dando seguimiento a mi recuperación. Me siento muy afortunada de poder haber encontrado un dentista que si se preocupa por sus pacientes y da seguimiento de manera adecuado. Las instalaciones de la misma manera muy adecuadas y limpias, sigue todos los protocolos de seguridad contra el covid, y me senti muy en paz con todos los procedimientos. Agradezco al Dr. Wendler toda la atención.

Desde mi primera visita se ha convertido en mi dentista para siempre. Excelentes profesionales, y de un trato cálido y cercano. Se preocupan por el paciente y aconsejan siempre pensando en su salud dental y no en hacer caja, cosa tristemente común en algunas clínicas dentales. Además, la clínica es bonita y moderna, y ofrece un ambiente relajante, cosa que vendrá muy bien a aquellos a los que la visita al dentista supone un mal trago. Absolutamente recomendable. My husband and I went to Wendler Dental during our trip to Mexico from the USA. We had three separate visits. We both got our teeth cleaned, I got a teeth whitening treatment, and my husband got some cavity work done. The visits were all quick and painless, and we paid a fraction of what we would have paid in the USA. Dr. Wendler spoke perfect English as well so that was extremely helpful, especially for my husband since he doesn’t speak Spanish. We will visit Wendler Dental again next year when we come back through. Thank you!

I had came down from the United States for vacation to Puebla, and my wife had severe pain in her wisdom tooth. I needed to find a good dentist, so I looked and searched. I decided to give Wendler Dental a shot. I called and luckily the doctor speaks perfect English! He removed my wife's wisdom tooth in less than 20 minutes. We thought it was going to be a longer process due to my wife having allegies with medication, but the doctor had everything needed for different people. I will have him as my dentist for now on. Definitely recommended!

I can’t speak more highly of Dr. Wendler and his practice. He is exceptionally cordial, attentive, and the highest standards of care and precaution are taken. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the course of treatment and he’s most efficient, precise, and ensures everything is pain free! Aside from the exceptional level of care, Dr. Wendler will tend to you in the language in which you’re most comfortable. German, French, and American expats, in addition to Mexican nationals, are well served to entrust their dental needs to him. On the recommendation of a close friend, I traveled from Houston, TX to visit Dr. Wendler; notwithstanding you can literally Google “Best Dentist in Puebla” and his is the first practice that populates, the one with most number of reviews, and the one with highest star ratings. It goes without saying I recommend his practice most emphatically and without any reservation.

Wendler Dental is an incredibly professional dental office whose service far exceeded my expectations. I'm originally from the United States and came to Puebla for a roughly 6 month stay, naturally I wanted to look for a dentist while I was here. I had my reservations regarding the quality or timeliness of service but from the moment I walked in I felt like the worries I had were not founded. The doctor answered all my questions, was clear in terms of pricing and incredibly professional. Highly recommended for anyone who is visiting from the US. Additionally, while I speak Spanish the doctor also speaks English which was helpful in terms of the communication.

Short summary: Cannot recommend Wendler dental, Mr. Wendler is nice and friendly as long everything goes well, but aggressive and unprofessional if you point out his mistakes. He did unnecessary and damaging work to charge extra. This was confirmed by a dentist in Germany reviewing his work. Positive thinks first: Mr. Wendler speaks Spanish, German, and English. It was very easy to get an appointment for the next day. The bad: He cares about the money and his reputation first, doing professional medical work is only a second thought to him. My wife went to him because of toothaches (which were probably more related to stress than to actual dental issues), but Mr. Wendler emphasized that she had caries on 7(!) teeth and that it needed to be done. We trusted his diagnosis at first, even though it sounded a lot and let him do the work. When we went back to Germany, we let a German dentist check the work and he said that none (!) of the teeth needed treatment. So Mr. Wendler just made up issues to charge more (he almost got 500$ from our health insurance for the work). But this is not the only thing why I would not recommend him: When they worked on my wife's teeth, they accidentally glued together two teeth (his assistants did the work). When we went back to tell him about the issue, he was very rude and scolded his assistants in front of us. This is absolutely unprofessional, it is his practice and he should be responsible and check the work of his employees. They tried to fix the glued together teeth, but didn't adjust the bite profile, so my wife asked them to check it (this is standard practice all around the world by using a piece of black marking paper). Only then did they adjust it. Mr. Wendler got very annoyed and rude towards my wife as well. In summary, his positive trades are only that he speaks multiple languages, but he is neither a good or honest dentist nor a friendly person.

Je recommande ce dentiste à 100% ! I recommend Doctor Wendler a 100% ?? ones of my teeth got infected so my gum swelled and bleed, I couldn’t eat no more, it hurts too much ! I called in the morning and got an appointment the same day; Doctor Wendler is very gentle, explains everything is doing or about to do and why so you don’t stressed about anything. He speak English and French very well so I He had to remove my teeth so my others tooth don’t get infected. After my surgery; he checked everyday how I was doing and gave me 2 others appointments to see how the healing of my gum were doing. It’s been almost a week and I can keep traveling thanks to him ☺️
