I go to Wendy's Haredi kosher store weekly in Mexico City.
Yesterday, i happen to go at the time of men's afternoon prayers and the owner, hosts the prayers at his facility!
Obviously, they are community leaders with the big responsibilities of running a busy shop and religious responsibilities.
To say that they are busy seems like an understatement, everything they make use to the maximum extent, be it space, time, or effort.
The concept of "making excuses" or being comfortable doesn't seem to exist in this family. It's sheer tenacity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you walk through, you can tell Wendy's has been around a while. My friend and I bought a chocolate croissant for 19 pesos. I could tell as I enjoyed it that they hadn't skimped on any of the ingredients. Wendy's filled the croissant with rich chocolate: *yum!*

And the baker goods are top notch. Got a nice balance, choc chip cake for Shabbat, only 300 MXP ?
Cholesterol on Friday morning smelled good and little pizzettes hoy the spot before gong out for some sight seeing
