Pésimo taller, usan refacciones usadas y dañadas, el personal no tiene experiencia, los tiempos de entrega nunca se cumplen, el trato es espantoso, muy mala experiencia. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
Terrible workshop, they use used and damaged parts, the staff has no experience, delivery times are never met, the treatment is horrible, very bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Completamente pésimo! Es un martirio para que terminen el trabajo, la atención es pésima, son mal hechos, tiene que estar uno muy pendiente para que hagan las cosas y checar bien todo porque conectan mal las cosas, dejan mal todo y finalmente después de meses terminaron, mal trabajo pero pude sacar mi coche.

Lo había recomendado como última opción, pero ya no, me hicieron mal el trabajo un reverendo mugrero, me pegaron uno de los focos traseros lo hicieron con pasta, no me lo pueden quitar, si es tu última opción de taller de reparación por parte de tu seguro no la tomes, busca otro lugar, yo tuve que andar detrás de ellos para que me lo repararan me lo entregaron después de 17 días, según eran de 7 a 8 días hábiles, me querían dar una llanta que no era la que yo traía en mi carro, trabajaron con las puertas abiertas o yo no se como que mi carro estaba empanizado de polvo y así me lo entregaron, batalle para limpiarlo y dejarlo como antes, taller no recomendable, ah y cambió de nombre ahora se llama Stylus o algo así, mucho cuidado.

pesimo servicio, se lavan las manos diciendo que no hay sistema y que el seguro no les ha cotnestado, ahora lo nuevo es que mi auto lo recibieron apenas el dia 09/10/2017, cuando tengo comprobantes que lo tienen desde el 02/10/2017 por la tarde y que como lo recibieron el 09 tardan 72 hrs en dar el visto de las piezas dañadas. NO SIRVE ESTE TALLER PARA DAR SERVICIO.

Pésimo servicio, se tardan muchísimo en evaluar los carros, tienes que andar detrás de ellos, le sacaron la pila a mi carro para que según no se la robaran, la cual me la perdieron por que no la etiquetaron y se la dieron a otro cliente y a mi me dieron una que no servia, no se hicieron responsable por una parrilla que traía mi carro, el dueño y las "secretarias" te bloquean de whatsapp en lugar de arreglar las cosas. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo para nada.

Peor taller al que he ido en m vida. Tuve un choque y el seguro me mando a este taller. Mi carro estuvo ahi por mas de 4 meses sin que lo tocaran. Iba dos veces a la semana a checar y hablar con el dueño el cual se la pasaba diciéndome mentiras. Cuando marcaba ya sabían quien era y simplemente me dejaban ahi esperando, todo el personal que trabaja ahi es de lo peor. Las condiciones del taller son asquerosas, carros empolvados, piezas desordenadas y todos los mecánicos fumando por todos lados. Después me entregan mi carro y por andar atrás de ellos resulta que me entregan un carro mal pintado, mal arreglado y con piezas faltantes que si tenia cuando llego. Por si eso era poco, abro el cofre solo para darme cuenta que tenia piezas DE OTRO CARRO. El filtro de aire ni siquiera embonaba, perdieron el sensor de lluvia del espejo retrovisor que cuesta como 10 mil pesos, mi llave por alguna razón dejo de funcionar y faltaban muchas otras piezas pero aun así tuvieron el descaro de entregármelo así después de mas de 4 meses.Fue un proceso largo donde llegue al punto de hablar directamente con la aseguradora en mexico df para que se arreglara el asunto. El dueño Mauricio ya ni respondía mis llamadas ni whatsapps y no se hacían cargo de las piezas perdidas. Finalmente la aseguradora se hizo cargo y ellos me aseguraron que después de lo sucedido, iban a quitar ese taller de su lista. Sin duda de las peores experiencias de mi vida y el peor taller que existe. No se como no ha cerrado, el dueño es la persona mas inútil con la que he tratado en mi vida.
Worst workshop I've ever been to in my life. I had a crash and the insurance sent me to this workshop. My car was there for more than 4 months without being touched. I went twice a week to check and talk to the owner who kept telling me lies. When I checked they already knew who I was and they just left me waiting there, all the staff working there are the worst. The conditions of the workshop are filthy, dusty cars, messy pieces and all the mechanics smoking everywhere. Then they give me my car and because I walk behind them, it turns out that they give me a car that is poorly painted, poorly fixed and with missing parts that it had when I arrived. As if that was not enough, I open the chest just to realize that it had pieces FROM ANOTHER CAR. The air filter did not even fit, they lost the rain sensor of the rearview mirror that costs about 10 thousand pesos, my key for some reason stopped working and many other parts were missing but even so they had the gall to give it to me like this after more than 4 months.It was a long process where I got to the point of talking directly with the insurer in mexico df so that the matter was settled. The owner Mauricio no longer answered my calls or whatsapps and they did not take care of the lost pieces. Finally the insurer took over and they assured me that after what happened, they were going to remove that workshop from their list. Without a doubt, the worst experiences of my life and the worst workshop that exists. I do not know how it has not closed, the owner is the most useless person with whom I have dealt in my life.

Me acabo de dar cuenta que la llanta de refacción no está! Y claro que si la traía cuando mi carro entró al servicio. En la agencia me dicen que si me la hubieran robado en la calle, cortan para que la llanta caiga, en mi caso no, quitaron la llanta sin romper nada. El golpe que me arreglaron lo tenía en la defensa de atrás... si se les hubiera olvidado poner la llanta, pues me hubieran llamado para decirme que ahí estaba, no? Mal, mal, mal servicio!!!
