★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para entrega de muebles, llevo más de un mes esperando y me asignan fecha de entrega y nunca llegan al domicilio. Cuando marcas para que te ayuden y den una explicación no saben darte una solución. Jamás vuelvo a hacer una compra en esta tienda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho la línea y la Calidad de muebles de West Elm. El servicio de entrega es terrible. Tengo más de 3 meses esperando una mesa. Las sillas me las dieron a tiempo pero una del color equivocado. Se llevaron la silla para cambiarla y nunca me llegó el reemplazo!! Lo peor es que te tienen hablando entre West Elm y Liverpoool y nadie se hace responsable. Una lástima que se hayan traído esta franquicia para destrozar su reputación.
I really like the West Elm furniture line and Quality. The delivery service is terrible. I have more than 3 months waiting for a table. The chairs were given to me in time but one of the wrong color. They took the chair to change it and I never got the replacement !! The worst thing is that they have you talking between West Elm and Liverpoool and no one is responsible. A pity that they have brought this franchise to destroy their reputation.
