★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Western Union a long time and never had issues like what I'm having now. For 2 days I have been fighting for money I sent. They swear up and down that my bank has a hold on the money when in fact they do not. They do not have the money nor do they have a hold on it. They even gave me the exact time it was in Western Unions possession. Yet western union will not release my money. What is the point of sending money if people can't even get it?? Customer service needs work
