★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En dos ocasiones fui recibida y tratada por la gerente de caja de nombre Jessica de manera déspota y agresiva, considero que no está preparada ni capacitada para atender a sus clientes y mucho menos para representar a su empresa, hoy me dijo que si no me gustaba el trato que yo me fuera a otra sucursal de western union, dejando mal a la empresa Coppel.
Todo fue porque mi nombre no coincidía a como ella se lo esperaba aunque estaba perfectamente bien escrito y teniendo todos mis documentos a mano. Muy lamentable hecho.
 On two occasions I was received and treated by the cashier manager named Jessica in a despotic and aggressive manner, I consider that she is not prepared or trained to serve her clients, much less to represent her company, today she told me that if I did not like her the deal that I went to another western union branch, leaving the Coppel company in a bad way.
It was all because my name did not match as she expected, even though it was perfectly well written and I had all my documents at hand. Very unfortunate fact.
