★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Deluxe Snorkeling Adventure was fantastic! Felicity was helpful, kind, and quick to respond from the very start. Alex and Allie were the best tour guides. They were funny, and informative. They offered to take our photos without being asked, and without trying to sell us anything. They kept us on track without being pushy. The whole crew seemed genuinely happy to guide us throughout the day.
We started at the Wet Set headquarters in Puerto Morelos, then shuttles to the cenote Verde Lucero. We ziplined and/or cliff jumped into the refreshingly chilly water. They had wet suits and snorkel gear ready for us to use the entire trip. After swimming around the cenote, in the cave or just around the safety ropes, we drove back to headquarters for lunch.
Dos Ernesto’s is the restaurant we ate at. I had the biggest chicken quesadilla of my life. It was delicious. From the Wet Set headquarters right by the restaurant we grabbed our provided flippers and life jackets then headed to the boat. The boat ride to the reef was just about 15 minutes. Our boat captain was kind enough to hold our sunglasses for us while we snorkeled.
I have been lucky enough to have snorkeled before, but this was by far the best experience. Allie and Alex made us feel very safe. We were a party of 10 so I know we were a lot to manage. But they made is seem so easy. At one point even bringing a couple people back to the boat because they were tired from the day. During the snorkel we saw several barracuda, the most colorful little fish, coral, and schools of fish. I didn’t want to leave it was so serene and beautiful.
Once back on the boat they thanked us for spending the day with them, and hoped we enjoyed our adventure.
At our final stop(wet set) Felicity called us a taxi service as I had goofed and told our shuttle the wrong time for pick up. This trip went from about 9-3. All for around $120 a person. I couldn’t believe how much we got, for so little. Only thing not included was transportation to and from our hotel the Ocean Coral and Turquesa Resort. Which was only about $40 each way for 10 people. We tipped Wet Set some after our trip but didn’t bring enough cash, so we went back the next day and tipped some more. We loved every part of our adventure.
100% recommend going through Wet Set for your snorkeling or scuba trips!
Happy traveling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been diving for 24 years and know the difference between a cattle boat operation and a quality dive shop. I've been diving the Yucatan since 2002 and after viewing reviews for Wet Set decided to do a 2 tank wreck and reef dive. Operation is top notch and prices and quality exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with the equipment quality (BC, regulator and integrated weights) and appreciated the convenient beach access to their boat. Shout out to my dive master Guillermo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Barrier Reef snorkelling with Wet Set which included 2x45min snorkelling sessions and a short boat ride. The trip was 2 hours in total which means it doesn’t take the whole day and there were three time slots to choose from.
The team at Wet Set were great, especially our guide, G, and the captain, Marcos. G took us on two beautiful routes with lots of coral and colourful fish. He seemed very excited to take us to his favourite spots which was nice, and he was very knowledgeable about the reef and the wildlife. We even spotted 3 eagle rays flying in the shallows which was a highlight! Would definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place for anyone looking to have a snorkeling experience. The company has bilingual guides (English and Spanish) and can even help accommodate those who aren't strong swimmers. We had a great time with our guide Eli. He taught us about the reefs and pointed out local flora and fauna. He also taught us the names in English and Spanish. With the classic snorkel tour, you get to go to two different locations, where the water is crystal clear and a marvel to explore. I recommend doing the 8:30am tour when the beach is still quiet and you get to explore the tranquil waters without crowds. Puerto Morelos itself is a lovely beach area with lots of good places to grab a bite to eat after your snorkeling session. I highly recommend Wet Set and Eli as a guide. It was one of the highlights of our trip to the Riviera Maya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m divemaster certified and I’ve dived all over a good portion of the Caribbean. What do I recommend about Wet Set? Everything! From my first interactions with Felicity to coordinate our group of eight divers, checking everybody in (and dealing with the inevitable “I forgot my card” people), dive briefings and diving with our DMs Rachel, Jason and Chris, getting to and from the sites with captains Pollo and Miguel, everything was efficient, well organized and made for great diving. The sites off Puerto Morelos are fantastic, with a special shout out to Six Toed Cat Reef, Cuevas, the Fish Market and the local Wreck. Priced very reasonably and did I mention that Wet Set offers Nitrox at no extra cost? I only managed 12 dives this trip, I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did 4 dives with them this week, and they have become my favorite dive company! Very knowledgeable and safe, and everyone is so friendly! I have 3 herniated disks in my back and was concerned about picking up my tank and walking with it but they made everything SO easy! I would 1000% recommend them to anyone and we’ll definitely be back to dive with them again on our next trip here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop found off of TripAdvisors. Friendly staff and owner helped us with new and clean equipment and guide. The shop takes you on a five minute boat ride out to the National Park protected reef. The water is warm and the fish and coral plentiful. Great experience floating over and swimming between coral beds. We had two newbies and the guide helped them get comfortable. Laid back and fun, would love to go back to scuba next time!
