En Warehouse no trabajamos como un gimnasio tradicional, buscamos obtener resultados sustanciales pasando mucho menos tiempo entrenando, para esto utilizamos un sistema en el que llevamos el ritmo cardiaco a tope y se trabajan diferentes grupos musculares en la misma sesión lo que ayuda a aumentar tonificación y quemar grasa.
