Whale Shark Adventures - 77400 Isla Mujeres

I would have to say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The whole day was truly amazing. I highly recommend this company. Our guide Pascal really knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable about Whale Sharks and can answer any questions you might have. It was easy for me to see the love and compassion he has for not only the Whale Sharks but the ocean and everything in it. The ride out was a little choppy but with Pascals father Fernando at the helm we cut through the waves without too much bouncing around . Fernando has been on the island and the water for more than 35 years and knows what he is doing. At no time did I ever feel unsafe or concerned. If you ever want to go on this adventure, "Whale shark Adventure " is the company to go with. Just want to thank them for showing me an awesome time that I will never forget. Oh , Pascal makes the best shrimp ceviche I have ever tasted !

In short, the experience we had with whale shark adventures team was wonderful. The guides on board, Jose and Alan, were so knowledgable and I appreciated how respectful they were of all the wildlife we saw. On our cruise we saw dolphins, rays, sea gulls, turtles, and of course whale sharks! It was amazing and really puts into perspective the importance on the changes being made to help them. They were so peaceful it was amazing to see and it was lovely to be in the water with them.

First of all let me start off by saying they were very responsive even though we were texting very late with questions. He was quick to answer all our questions and was able to get us reserved and Excited for our trip to see the whales. He let us know there was high possibility of seeing Manta Rays and boy was he right! Tons of gorgeous rays were out today. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all questions our family of 6 had. I highly recommend this excursion with them as you will not go home disappointed but instead with great memories of this awesome staff and amazing creatures! Thank you Shark Whale Adventures! We will be back!

This was an amazing whale shark swim! The crew was amazing and knew how to get everyone a great view while keeping us safe. The stop at Isla Mujeres was wonderful and the cevice was delicious. Would recommend this group wholeheartedly.

I am so happy we choose to do this excursion, and specifically with this company! Pascal, Aldofo and Jimmy went above and beyond to give us the most amazing experience swimming with the whale sharks! We also saw several mantas and turtles on our trip! I promise you will not regret going on this excursion, and I would highly recommend you go with this company! Thank you so much again!!!!

Wow what can I say the best excursion I have ever been on and I travel quite a lot. Shout out to Arturo Pascal and Lalo! Pascal was so knowledgeable and shared so many details in the beginning of the tour. Arturo was amazing in explaining everything, giving us so many details, and making our tour so much fun and so so memorable. Lalo The captain was so funny and I really appreciated how he really knew how to maneuver the boat. We were with another family and it was so amazing compared to all the other ships it almost felt like it was our own private boat!! They made it that good. I even got seasick and they made sure to accommodate to me. The ceviche in the end OMG , the beach, islas mujeres, the whole island is just so amazing!! This tour is totally worth the money and the best you’ll find on the island and I mean that!!!!!!!!!!! So many amazing memories and friendships made in between everyone on the boat and you can’t find that everywhere thank you guys so much for this amazing experience I know we will all remember it And I speak for everyone on the boat!!

My family had an excellent experience with Whale Shark Adventures. Pascal was easy to contact and very responsive to questions. Since my daughter is 10 years old we chose a private boat. A private van picked us up at our hotel- great driver who we would hire again for excursions. Nice large fishing boat. Our Captain Gustavo and Guide Arturo were fun, informative, experienced and professional. They dropped us in perfect position to see the whale shark each time and Arturo even helped our daughter keep up along side. Got some impressive videos! Afterwards we chose to do some snorkeling at Isla Mujeres which was really nice even as scuba divers- impressed with the hard corals and juvenile fish. Topped it off with some conch cerviche and beer. Then got dropped back off at marina and same shuttle to hotel. Would definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends. Perfect day!

This is one of the most incredible moments of my life and such an honor to swim with these gentle giants. Pascal was very responsive emailing me and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our Captain Luis and our guide Adolfo. We did the private whale shark adventure and it was totally worth the extra money for us because my partner and I wanted the romantic time with each other and the undivided attention of the guide. Captain Luis made sure we saw many whale sharks and Adolfo was very kind and so respectful of the whale sharks ? and understood my connection to these beautiful creatures. I teared up after our last swim with the whale sharks as I was so moved by the experience. The sandwiches and civiche were excellent and after we swam with the whale sharks they took us to a cool reef for some additional snorkeling. We will be back next year and I will for sure request Adolfo & Captain Luis.
