Primero me querian cobrar más del doble de una carrera de menos 20 minutos y después cuando le dije que la carrera era sólo 20 minutos el atrevido me dijo que me fuera caminando. Yo en ningún momento fui malcriada con él, en realidad me sorprendió cómo tratan a un cliente. Nunca, jamás. Así no se trata a la gente. They are very spoiled. Y me kiso dejar en la calle Ise que me regrese a mi casa. La ultima todo el camino andaba pure y pure que no se ven los números ni calles en villas y que ahuevo tenia que pssar gps a donde iva . Solo tenia el domicilio. Y le dije a la base y solo me blockean.gracias. 1 star is very good for me. They answered always bit late, but maybe its normal here, so I thought everything is clear and we have a deal. I was trying to contact them 12-24 hours before our arrival, when we were entering the plane again, just to make 100% sure everything is fine. After we arrived to Cancun airport I contacted the same number and they asked me if we have reservation. After one week communication with them. So I needed to take 2x more expensive taxi from the airport. Muchas gracias!
