Hello. Evelina is the General Manager. She is a special young woman. Pancho is a cat who lives in a wall near the Oasis Bay restaurant on the Malecon. Pancho was born in that hole in the wall, lost his mother and his siblings ran away. Pancho stayed. He is a friendly but timid fellow. Evelina and another friend are feeding him and giving him fresh water! The Oasis Bay restaurant next door is also taking care of him. These are the type of businesses where I want to spend my money and I hope you do to. Evelina is a great example of somebody being kind for no reason other than it is the right thing to do. If you go to PV please say hello to Pancho and his friends, maybe bring him a snack. And if you want a segway guided tour, then this is the place. Jose and Debbie are very cool and not pushy like most all the other vendors on the Malecón. We bought 2 tours, the Yelapa tour with 'Vallarta by Boat' and the Rhythms of the Night tour with 'Vallarta Adventures'. The Yelapa tour was awesome. But we couldn't make the Rhythms tour due to illness. They refunded our $$$! I recommend using this small vendor due to their flexibility and overall kindness.

One of my favorite places in town even after living here for five plus years. Maybe not the best food in town, but it's a great bar. The perfect location for people watching and meeting other people.
