★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa nefasta con muy poca ética y sus telefonistas (VIRGINIA, BRENDA, KAREN, MITZI) muy groseras, me cobraron $6100 pesos por dos refrigeradores y se llevaron mis piezas y sigo esperando una respuesta, no le den su dinero ni su tiempo a esas personas pésimo servicio, aparte el supervisor llamado VÍCTOR TREJO nunca a dado la cara y el técnico llamado miguel ángel muñoz se llevo piezas de mis refrigeradores.
 A nefarious company with very little ethics and its telephone operators (VIRGINIA, BRENDA, KAREN, MITZI) very rude, they charged me $ 6100 pesos for two refrigerators and took my pieces and I'm still waiting for an answer, do not give your money or your time to those Lousy people, apart from the supervisor called VÍCTOR TREJO, has never turned his face and the technician named Miguel Ángel Muñoz took pieces of my refrigerators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No acudan a este lugar. Son unos ladrones. Reciben dinero a cuenta de reparaciones y luego no cumplen ni su propio contrato. Se publican como técnicos calificados pero en realidad no lo son. El único servicio whirpool oficial de fábrica tiene su callcenter en Monterrey. Mucho cuidado con caer en el engaño de este centro de servicio.
Do not go to this place. They are thiefs. They receive money on account of repairs and then do not fulfill their own contract. They are published as qualified technicians but in reality they are not. The only official factory whirpool service has its callcenter in Monterrey. Be very careful with falling into the deception of this service center.

Me cobraron $6,800 pesos más revisión $350 pesos por la SUPUESTA REPARACIÓN de un refrigerador, me dieron garantía de solo 2 meses el Refri dejo de funcionar a los 8 días, mandaron a otro Técnico y de nuevo solo funciono 8 Dias !!!! Mil llamadas y después de 20 días es la hora que no acude otro Técnico tengo más de 1 mes desde la primera vez que los contarte !!! El asunto ya está en La PROFECO! NO LOS CONTRATEN JAMÁS!!!! a los van a ROBAR !!!! ALERTA ROJA CONTAR ESTÁ MAFIA !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y bastante costoso, y sinceramente no lo vale, han acudido 3 veces a "solucionar" el problema de mi refrigerador y aun no queda.
Tardan varios días en asistir al domicilio aun que uno este hablando a diario, pésimo trato y educación por parte de sus trabajadores, tanto de los técnicos como de las personas encargadas de contestar los teléfonos, y cuando uno pide hablar con algún supervisor, siempre inventan excusas para "no estar disponibles".
¡¡NO LO RECOMIENDO, BUSQUEN OTRAS OPCIONES!!
Terrible service and quite expensive, and honestly not worth it, they have come 3 times to "fix" the problem with my refrigerator and there is still no left.
They take several days to attend the home even if one is talking daily, terrible treatment and education by their workers, both from the technicians and the people in charge of answering the phones, and when one asks to speak to a supervisor, they always invent excuses for "not being available".
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS !!

I have never met a company with SO bad customer service. They don't answer calls and if they do they are rude and they hang up on you. Take care if you have a damaged product because you will not receive help from anyone to fix it. I never recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, pésima actitud, se les pide que atiendan una garantía y solo dan largas, hablas y te gritan, según cambian de técnico por que no están disponibles y no atienden, su contrato de servicio léanlo con clama, por qu eno viene razón social, ni nombre, ni nada para ir a Profeco, yo creo que tristemente me vieron la cara. Ni por que aparecen recomendados en las páginas de Whirlpool o LG confíen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No caigan en la trampa de estas personas informales, poco profesionales, cero amabilidad, mi papá desafortunadamente solicito sus servicios para la reparación de un refrigerador. Llevamos llamando 5 días y son solo excusas y pretextos, sin acudir a resolver la reparación ineficaz que realizaron. No dan notas o facturas así que no hay forma de rastrearlos y su tarjeta de presentación solo tiene los números de contacto. El que se dice Ingeniero ni lo es!
