★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo esta marca. Las estufas tienen muchos desperfectos. El silicon/cinta o lo que sea que le ponen a la puerta del horno se despega. Los quemadores y toda la parrilla se mancha con tantito. No le he podido quitar una mancha de agua caliente que se derramó. Me esperé a no meterle mano porque lo reporté para que me dieran una solución pero simplemente viniera a hacerse mensos y no defienden su producto porque saben que tiene muchas fallas. Qué pésimos empleados no conocen el producto ni están comprometidos porque no son para hablar bien o defender la marca que representan. No me dieron solución y sólo se fueron.
Estoy arrepentida de haber cambiado de marca a Whirlpool. No lo recomiendo. Y tan cara que costó. No me duró el gusto ni 2 días!!!
Decepción total!!!
I do not recommend this brand. The stoves have many flaws. The silicone/tape or whatever they put on the oven door comes off. The burners and the entire grill are stained a little bit. I have not been able to remove a stain from hot water that spilled. I waited not to get my hands on it because I reported it so they could give me a solution but it simply came to be stupid and they don't defend their product because they know it has many flaws. What lousy employees do not know the product or are committed because they are not to speak well or defend the brand they represent. They gave me no solution and just left.
I'm sorry I changed brands to Whirlpool. I do not recommend it. And so expensive that it cost. The taste didn't last even 2 days!!!
Total disappointment!!!
