Mugrero de Servicio Compre una lavadora el 20 de noviembre del 2020 A la semana que se venció estoy fueras de la ciudad y me habla mi hija que la lavadora hizo un tronido y la tina de lavado quedo de lado. Ya en 2 ocasiones anterior a la descompostura la lavadora cuando exprimia se desestabilizaba como si la ropa estuviera mal acomodada y por lo mismo se apagaba inmediatamente y aparte aparecía un charco de agua abajo de la lavadora. Cuando regreso de mi viaje busco el ticket de compra y no lo encuentro entonces voy a Liverpool a solicitar una copia de mi ticket y me comunico a Whirpool. Y la persona que me atendió nada amable me dice que ya se venció la garantía y le explico porque causa apenas les estaba llamando (3semanas después del vencimiento de la garantía)y que la lavadora ya estaba fallando y me vuelve a decir que ya no procede la garantía. Entonces le pido me mande a un técnico a revisarla y me dice si pero le va a costar $350 la visita y le digo mandámelo. Cuando viene el técnico me dice que se quebro una de las piezas que sostiene la tina. Como puede ser posible que esa pieza tan importante en una lavadora se quiebre a un año de su uso. Que si quiero el servicio me cuesta $3,800 Como voy a pagar un 30% de lo que me costo la lavadora. Que coraje y sigo con mi lavadora descompuesta. Muy decepcionada y muy enojada ??????

So I ask him to send a technician to check it out and he says yes, but the visit will cost $350 and I tell him to send it to me. When the technician comes, he tells me that one of the pieces that supports the tub has broken. How can it be possible that such an important piece in a washing machine breaks after a year of use. That if I want the service it costs me $3,800 How am I going to pay 30% of what the washing machine cost me? What courage and I continue with my broken washing machine. Tenemos problemas para que instalen los 2 equipos minisplit se pidio una cita y tardaron una semana en dar fecha una vez que dieron fecha viernes 26 de mayo y no cumplieron la pospusiero para el sábado 27 y no cumplieron y los reporta a sus teléfonos y cuelgan, la supervisora Edna Rodriguez quedó de que mandaría un correo con la cita para hoy 30 y no mandó nada, son las 4pm y siguen sin llegar, y en los teléfonos cuelgan

Después de haber subido este mi queja, a mediados del mes de Julio del 2021,por fin hubo una solución.Les informo a todos ustedes que me resolvieron positivamente:Me reemplazaron mi lavatrastes/lavavajillas totalmente Nueva Maytag/Whirpool.Gracias al personal Maytag/Whirpool México,me acompañaron el proceso de hacer válida la garantía escucharon y resolvieron todo.Me enviaron vía paquetería(sin costo de los fletes de inda y de regreso la máquina vieja y averiada ,sin costo de la máquina)y me instalaron el lavatrastes también sin costo.Agradezco y no esperaba menos la solución a mi problema, no lo borro de mis experiencias para que quede asentado la solución ,muchas gracias. Esta es la cuarta ocasión que levanto mi reporte me gustaba mucho la marca hasta que se averió y sigue sin funcionar correctamente mi lavavajillas. Dejo mis números de reporte(a)551487, b)521798,c)516588,d)594181 estoy muy, muy enojado con la marca. Mí lavavajillas al pedirle el comando más largo como: POWERBLATS deja residuos de comida En vasos y si los deja, tambien quiere decir que deja residuos de jabón eso es muy malo ya que había estado consumiendo con esos residuos de comida con jabon(es malo para la salud)por los químicos que tienen las capsulas de jabón y dice la marca Whirpool y Maytag que "LO MÁS IMPORTANTE ES TU FAMILIA “Llevaba usándola muy bien durante un año, con la capsula de jabón adecuada "CASCADE PLATINUM", no tiene fugas, mangueras bien, todo la que he buscado en internet, todo lo que hay de videos. Éstos son mis 4 reportes en 2 meses además se tardan bastantes semanas en cambiar refacciones, en hacerle limpieza y sigue averiada. Just purchased a Whirlpool Oven, model WOS51EC0AS04 one week ago. Has a 1 year warranty. Temps are erratic. Called Whirlpool and was informed that they have no service reps within 40 Miles and so we are considered rural. Therefore according to their policy there is no warranty on this oven. I would not buy anything from Whirlpool again. That company has gone completely down the toilet. You too should check out if they have any service people within your area. I talked to one person who used to service Whirlpool but no longer does because the company would not pay for service.
