They offer the repair service of washing machines and appliances, I made the mistake of calling them and I had a bad experience. I have the problem that my washing machine turns on and apparently does its full function, but the agitator (the tube that rotates the clothes) does not spin hard enough to do a good wash, it is apparently swept. I spoke to this company, they told me that they charged only 50 pesos for making me the budget, they came and they told me that the problem was that I had a type of calcium at the base, which meant that the agitated did not turn well, that I should put vinegar with water, make a full wash cycle work, that would work well. And after that was the whole problem, that there were 450 pesos for the solution ... Well I didn't have the amount, I gave them 250 thinking that they were effectively solving the problem. Anyway, it didn't work and when I called them to tell them that the problem was exactly the same, they told me there was no guarantee. That if I wanted to be fixed that I schedule another appointment, they would charge me full 450, but they didn't guarantee the service. Anyway, maybe someone has a better experience, but such an unprofessional service cannot be recommended, I look for alternatives.

They fixed my fridge approx. one month, I changed a "new" piece, and supposedly I have a 90-day warranty as the Technician informed me, I have four days calling and they don't show up, the worst thing is that I can't move or leave since at any moment they will Come, yesterday I dialed first they told me that after three, after four to six, after 6 to 8, I have been waiting for four days and they have not shown up. I consider it a mockery since the warranty has to operate since the part you buy is not economical. I had already met them for more than 10 years and this is the first time this happens ... Great service. They go to your home. In my case they checked the fridge, diagnosed it and came back two days later to repair it. In which they got the spare part. And now I am.

It is a disastrous company, they had me without a refrigerator for 15 days, they sent 5 different technicians to solve the problem and after two and a half months it failed again. Not recommended, the secretaries are the worst and the technicians are always in a hurry and do not give you the time to fix the problem. I will never hire you again, do not waste your money with this company.
