Whiteline is a terrific family owned and operated clinic. My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish…we got a cleaning and several other procedures done as well. Just wish I was going to be in Merida longer- these guys would be my full time dentists! Thank you Eduardo and Guillermo!

I had a very good experience at the Whiteline Clinic in Merida. I live in the United States and so I had to make sure prior to the visit that the clinic understands my medical needs so as to be able to perform all the necessary procedures during my 10 days visit in Mexico. The clinic has very good communication with patients prior to the visit, which made me comfortable with the fact that I will be able to have all procedures done. The experience at the clinic was also good. The personnel were very professional and polite and I also liked the fact that unlike the doctors in the United States who try to push as much work as possible to maximize their charges, the dentists in Mexico are honest with patients and perform only the procedures that are necessary. I noticed this at the Whitleline clinic in Merida, but also at another dentist I had visited a few years earlier in Mexico City. Finally, while I only needed some relatively simple work done eventually, I am perfectly satisfied with the quality of the work so far.

Top notch first class service by Guillermo and his staff! I do not care for my current dentist and was in Merida on vacation and was referred to Whiteline. So glad I made the decision to get my teeth cleaned, polished and an examination done. Guillermo took time to explain everything to me and provided me with his recommendations for future care. It was a great experience and will come back!

I went to whiteline to get my teeth whitened. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are super friendly, competent, and easy to communicate with as an English speaker. Thank you so much to Eduardo for doing such a good job with my teeth, and for patiently answering all of my questions! Would recommend 100% for whitening and any other dental needs.

My wife and I went in for teeth cleaning. The facility was very clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and everyone spoke English. We cannot stress enough what a great job was done and how genuinely caring they were. It was a pleasure going there and honestly was one of the best dental experiences that we have had. We will be going back for other services.

I highly recommend Whiteline! As a digital nomad, I’ve had dental cleanings in many different cities and countries and this was my favourite world-wide. The staff and dentist were incredibly friendly and took time to chat with me, making me feel very relaxed and welcome. Dr. Guillermo did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. He explained each step clearly and took time to answer any questions I had. I even received a follow-up text the next day to see how I was doing. What an amazing team! :)

My wife and I saw Dr Guillermo for a cleaning and then also decided to have our teeth whitened! We are both very happy with the service and treatments! They are able to communicate in English or Spanish as needed or preferred. The level of communication was excellent, even following up with is after the treatment to make sure we are feeling well and happy with our results! Highly recommend Dr Guillermo and the clinic.
