 The room was excellent, clean and large. The treatment was very friendly. I only leave 4 stars because the Wifi did not work for me.

An incredible place to rest and admire the beauty of San Mike. They have a very nice decoration and the staff is friendly and attentive. They never stopped pampering us. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada, el encargado tiene un desmadre con todo, llegamos y nos dejó las mismas sábanas sucias, solo puso otra colcha encima, jamás tuvimos agua caliente y apestaba a trapeador sucio. El encargado se la pasaba diciendo puras cosas sin sentido. Lamentablemente la casa tiene potencial pero no se tiene un control ni procesos. Busquen otro lugar para hospedarse.
Very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all, the manager has a mess with everything, we arrived and left us the same dirty sheets, he just put another quilt on top, we never had hot water and it stank of dirty mopping. The manager spent his time saying pure nonsense things. Unfortunately the house has potential but there is no control or processes. Find another place to stay.

Los precios están súper bien y eso que es San Miguel de Allende.
Las camas super limpias y la ubicación excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibí el 2022 en el hostal, con una cena de Año Nuevo fabulosa, gracias al gran comedor, donde compartimos brindis y alegrías con los demás huéspedes.
En mi habitación: el baño y closet enormes y lindos.
Todo el hostal es muy lindo y los anfitriones se preocupan de cada detalle para que tu estancia sea perfecta.
100% recomendable
I received 2022 at the hostel, with a fabulous New Year's dinner, thanks to the large dining room, where we shared toasts and cheers with the other guests.
In my room: the huge and beautiful bathroom and closet.
The whole hostel is very nice and the hosts care about every detail to make your stay perfect.
100% recommendable

Distance from town is impossible. I do not recommend. They take only cash!

I had 2 wait 2 hours outside of the establishment to check in even though I had sheduled a time with the owner, and even though friends of the owner was inside they did not let me in. Even after I had showed my booking to the friend. The friend even said that it was the wrong place. They did not have the parking that they claimed to have because the friend was using it, so had to park on the steet. The place was not clean , the staff was rude and the hot water did not work.
