Me atendió una tipa nefasta, sin capacitación ni trato al cliente, que se molesto por que le pregunte: ¿Por qué anuncian algo que no tienen? A lo que me colgó el teléfono y me dijo que busque en otra parte lo que necesito. NO CONTRATEN con esta empresa. IBA a contratar servicio para 500 domicilios y ahora ¿Saben que? Mejor me voy con sus competidores... (La llamada la realice el 18/09/2019 a la 1:27 pm a las líneas telefónicas en Cd. Chihuahua).
Call to request information because on their website they mention that they offer symmetrical corporate Internet. I was treated by a nasty guy, without training or treatment to the client, who was upset that I asked him: Why do they advertise something they don't have? To which he hung up the phone and told me to look elsewhere for what I need. DO NOT CONTRACT with this company. IBA to hire service for 500 addresses and now you know what? I better go with its competitors ... (The call is made on 09/18/2019 at 1:27 pm to the telephone lines in Cd. Chihuahua).
