The drinks are delicious but I don't give them 5 stars since they are not homogeneous. I ordered 2 identical drinks and the taste was noticeably different!

Básicamente podría decir que sus bebidas no tienen un punto que las destaque.
Mala experiencia con las meseras que te cobran dinero de más (no hablo de propina) e incluso achacan que uno se va sin pagar... Y si no lo haces hablan a los de seguridad APESAR DE QUE SI NO MUESTRAS TU TICKET NO TE DEJAN SALIR. (En qué cabeza cabe con esa regla que te vas sin pagar?)
Pésimo lugar para platicar y estar en un ambiente chido.
El sistema de cámaras no es útil cuando se requiere para aclarar situaciones.
Pésimo servicio

Basically you could say that their drinks don't have a point that makes them stand out.
Bad experience with the waitresses who charge you extra money (I'm not talking about tips) and even blame you for leaving without paying... And if you don't, they talk to the security guys EVEN THOUGH IF YOU DON'T SHOW YOUR TICKET THEY DON'T LET YOU LEAVE. (In what head does it fit with that rule that you leave without paying?)
Terrible place to talk and be in a cool environment.
The camera system is not useful when it is required to clarify situations.
Terrible service
