Realicé un pedido mediante uber eats y al llegar, me di cuenta que hicieron lo que quisieron con la orden; no siguieron para nada las indicaciones y se lavaron las manos diciendo que no había llegado ningún mensaje, en fin, lo peor del caso fue la "hamburguesa vegetariana" una cosa extraña de vegetales que no se puede comer por la cantidad de salsa y extraños condimentos, sabe horrible; esta la pedí y resultó que llegó sin pan, sí, una hamburguesa sin pan, llamé y les comenté esto y me trataron de explicar que así es, les demostré, con pruebas, que en uber dice claramente que incluye pan artesanal de hamburguesa, tardaron horas tratando de resolver la situación del pan y todo lo sucedido, y tras varios mensajes de whats app ( no leídos los últimos) luego de 3 llamadas y dos horas esperando, no sucedió nada; su servicio al cliente es pésimo, su resolución de conflictos terrible, cero tacto, personal grosero, TODO MAL.

I placed an order through uber eats and upon arrival, I realized that they did what they wanted with the order; They did not follow the instructions at all and washed their hands saying that no message had arrived, in short, the worst of the case was the "vegetarian burger", a strange vegetable thing that cannot be eaten due to the amount of sauce and strange seasonings , It tastes horrible; I asked for this and it turned out that it came without bread, yes, a hamburger without bread, I called and told them this and they tried to explain that it is so, I showed them, with tests, that uber clearly says that it includes artisanal hamburger bread, they took hours trying to resolve the bread situation and everything that happened, and after several WhatsApp messages (the last ones not read) after 3 calls and two hours waiting, nothing happened; their customer service is lousy, their conflict resolution terrible, zero tact, rude staff, EVERYTHING BAD.

La música muy buena, el sabor excelente y la atención y amabilidad del mesero de 10! Lugarcito escondido en uno de los muchos pasajes del centro de cuerna. Muy recomendado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne y el pan hecho en casa de buen sabor, el tamaño de la hamburguesa es normal que cabe en una mano , las guarniciones de aros y papas están ricas, su tamaño es grande pero la porción es pequeña. Las malteadas están en su punto y de buen tamaño. El servicio es muy bueno, amables y atentos no te hacen esperar mucho para entregar tu pedido, los baños muy limpios y el lugar donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo y verde.
The meat and the homemade bread taste good, the size of the hamburger is normal that it fits in one hand, the garnishes of rings and potatoes are rich, its size is large but the portion is small. The shakes are just right and of a good size. The service is very good, friendly and attentive, they do not make you wait long to deliver your order, the bathrooms are very clean and the place where it is located is very quiet and green.

We came here because of what looked like a great variety of artesanal beers, but they did not have 1 artesanal beer available on the menu - basically 70% of the beers were not available. Only national domestic brands - I had a corona - this was pretty strange.
