★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calificación es para el software es una eminencia lo recomiendo ampliamente llevo trabajando con el aproximadamente 8años y reúne todas mis necesidades, el servicio de soporte lo calificaría con una ? les hace falta trabajar mucho en atención ya que uno o muchos no tenemos las palabras técnicas para expresar el problema qué tenemos en el sistema.

Pero a su atención al cliente y resolución de problemas AGUAS!!! Son pésimos para contestar, groseros, y aparte por cambios como cambiar instalación de una computadora a otra me cobraron casi $1,000 pesos y tardaron menos de 10 min y remoto,
Te cobran por capacitación, si tienes preguntas extra son horas extra que deberás pagar ... son poco accesibles y en servicios caros.
