★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FATAL… rente un vestido y accesorios para el pasado 2 de abril y el vestido tenía un nudo en un tirante, yo creo se rompió y en lugar de que buscarán hacer una compostura lo más fácil fue hacer un nudo. La bolsa que rente era de pedrería pero el forro de tela un color claro pero sucio. El collar un eslabón abierto, yo busque la manera de repararle el detalle para que no picara y se viera bien, además mancha de negro la piel.
Y lo más importante es el trato y servicio del personal… horrible. Hay una señora chaparrita, cabello obscuro, chino y de lentes!!! Grosera y te atiende de mal modo, parece que te está haciendo un favor al rentarte la ropa. La forma en que te habla, te pide y da las cosas… no bueno da mucho de que hablar. Si la persona no sabe tratar con la gente mejor deberían pasarla a algún lugar donde no vea y trate con los clientes.
Perdón pero yo no regreso…
FATAL… I rented a dress and accessories for last April 2nd and the dress had a knot in a strap, I think it broke and instead of trying to fix it, the easiest thing was to tie a knot. The bag I rented was made of rhinestones but the fabric lining was a light but dirty color. The necklace has an open link, I looked for a way to repair the detail so that it does not itch and it looks good, it also stains the skin black.
And the most important thing is the treatment and service of the staff… horrible. There is a short lady, dark hair, Chinese and glasses!!! Rude and treats you badly, it seems that she is doing you a favor by renting your clothes. The way he talks to you, asks you and gives things... not good, gives a lot to talk about. If the person does not know how to deal with people better, they should be moved to a place where they do not see and deal with customers.
Sorry but I'm not coming back...
