La atención es buena y la ubicación es favorable. Tienen buena ambientación de música, el único problema es que no tiene estacionando o servicio de Valet Parking. Excellent place to go with family or friends, super delicious wings as well as prepared nachos. The service is good and the location is favorable. The truth is that the wings are good, but only as constructive criticism they should have a parking lot since it is difficult to find more than in Xalapa transit, go to the shot if they see you badly parked, another is that I do not know if when we went they had not refilled the drinks or what happened but they didn't have many of the menu, good attention, good food, ideal to hang out.
R	R S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar, buen ambiente, buenas alitas, excelente cerveza, lo único que puedo recomendar es que si les gusta el ajo parmesano como aderezo en sus alitas lo pidan en polvo y no líquido. Las porciones son de muy buen tamaño y siempre que pedidos por Rappi o Uber eats la comida llega súper caliente y en perfecto estado. All the food is delicious and of super good quality. I love hamburgers and boneless. The portions are of a very good size and whenever you order through Rappi or Uber eats, the food arrives super hot and in perfect condition.

La ensalada Palace estaba presentada con unas tortillas pequeñas como Tostitos de los que te dan en los nachos, no como 'tiras de tortilla' como dice en su descripción del platillo. Tardaron mucho en entregarnos nuestros platillos, casi 30min de espera con sólo otras 3 mesas de no más de 3 personas por cada una. Espero mejoren su servicio. The boneless, their sweet salad, and their passion fruit water are very good, but the service and presentation of one of the dishes left much to be desired. The Palace Salad was presented with small tortillas like the Tostitos you get on nachos, not 'tortilla strips' as it says in its description of the dish. They took a long time to deliver our dishes, almost 30 minutes of waiting with only 3 other tables of no more than 3 people each. I hope they improve their service.
