n	natalia mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy rico, comí la hamburguesa hawaiana y la carne es natural, muy rica, viene acompañada de papitas a la francesa, probamos lo nuguetts esos no nos gustaron tanto pero tampoco estaban malos, mi hija pidió una ensalada, bastante bien servida, el mesero siempre atento, cuenta con estacionamiento el lugar, mi único pero los asientos un poquito incómodos pero de ahi en fuera todo perfecto! Recomendable. Los precios económicos! Al llegar el tapete estaba súper seco, no había nadie checando la temperatura, no había gel antibacterial disponible y al ocupar la mesa que elegimos no la limpiaron como casi todos los sitios de comida lo hacen. Los precios son muy accesibles y las micheladas han sido de las mejores y a bajo precio pero al momento de pedir la comida, tardaron en traernos nuestros alimentos y hubo un detalle con las salsas de las alitas que pedimos, nosotros queríamos búfalo pero no pensábamos que literal era la salsa búfalo de la marca porque siempre que hemos pedido esa salsa es como tipo “red hot”, le comentamos a la mesera y no sabía de qué hablábamos y pedimos hablar con la gerente que accedió y su única solución fue darnos la salsa y que bañáramos las alitas con la salsa (que obviamente no sirvió en nada). Creo yo que el cliente siempre tiene la razón y que no costaba nada cambiar sólo las alas de esa salsa. Después de ese mal entendido la mesera fue un poco grosera así que mejor prueben otro sitio! Por cierto que el baño de mujeres, sólo es uno y no se encontraba del todo limpio. I do not recommend the place, we came to visit Orizaba and looking for some good wings and micheladas we found this place but we were surprised that it was not what we thought. When we arrived, the mat was super dry, there was no one checking the temperature, there was no antibacterial gel available and when occupying the table we chose they did not clean it like almost all food places do. The prices are very accessible and the micheladas have been the best and at a low price, but when ordering the food, they took a long time to bring us our food and there was a detail with the sauces of the wings that we ordered, we wanted buffalo but we did not think that literal It was the brand's buffalo sauce because whenever we have asked for that sauce it is like a “red hot” type, we told the waitress and she did not know what we were talking about and asked to speak to the manager who agreed and her only solution was to give us the sauce and that we bathe the wings with the sauce (which obviously did not help at all). I believe that the customer is always right and that it cost nothing to change just the wings of that sauce. After that misunderstanding the waitress was a bit rude so you better try another place! By the way, there is only one women's bathroom and it was not completely clean.

Enserio que el sabor es el mejor preguntas por alguna salsa y las tienen todas no que en otros lugares siempre salen que en este momento no la tenemos, amo este lugar por su sabor, hoy 26 de febrero 2022 sigue siendo el mejor lugar de alitas de Orizaba The best place for wings to eat in Orizaba, the sauces are the best, they have so many and so rich, much better than the competition, the precious ones are super cheap, the truth is if they give quality price. M	Michael Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Experience, Bad Costumer Service, and they don't have regular Buffalo Wing Sauce. I came here with my family and right off the bat, they had nobody checking temperatures and nobody to give out hand sanitizer before going into the business. When we were seated, they didn't wipe down the table. Based on the name, "Wings Supreme", you would think they had the basic Buffalo sauce but to our surprise, the Buffalo sauce is actually a brand named "Búfalo" which DOES NOT RELATE whatsoever to the regular Buffalo Wing sauce (like a Frank's RedHot). I asked to speak to a manager and very kindly requested my wings to get replaced (seeing that the "Búfalo" was misleading), and she did nothing about it but tell me that they did have regular Buffalo sauce on the menu, but nowhere on there did it say Frank's RedHot or anything besides their "Búfalo" sauce. So she took my wings, went to the back, brought me back the same wings (not knowing what they did to them) and brought me a small cup of Frank's RedHot sauce to dip (the whole point being that I didn't want my wings with the "Búfalo" sauce.) She said that's all she could do and that they're working on putting the Frank's RedHot on the menu (when she just said it was indeed on the menu). After that when it was time to ask for the check, the waitress that took care of us, gave us very serious attitude and acted very unprofessional. Honestly I don't recommend this place at all. Though the prices are good for what you get food wise, it's not worth it. There are better places with better costumer service, better quality, for a good price.
