I was there on a layover with my dad and as I brought out ash to pay the rudest waiter grabbed the cash out of my hands and said tip (of course we were going to tip but he took the equivalent of 100 Canadian dollars! I was stunned and my dad was trying to hurry me to get to our next flight but I would warn everyone to stay away! TERRIBLE!

I was waiting for my covid test results, what can you spend 1 hour on? Wings breakfast at terminal 1 ❤✔ I ate my chilaquiles con huevo and 1 hour later few steps away picked up my printed test results and was ready for my international flight.
Service was superb and this picture says all you need to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food wasn’t bad for an airport restaurant - but the service was absolutely horrible. Our waiter was rude and aggressively pushing additional sides on us. We ordered 3 meals and a couple rounds of drinks and left a great tip. As we were wrapping up our drink after paying (5 mins) - the waiter comes back and asks in Spanish ‘are you going to order something else or leave or what?’ He dropped part of our food on the ground as he carelessly threw our leftovers in a takeaway box and started audibly sighing as we were paying the bill.
If by some chance you’re reading this while already inside then I wish you the best, the wings burger and the caldo tlalpeño are good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d rather continue starving after a flight then go back here.
Don’t waste your money and don’t be fooled by the pictures on the menu because the food looks nothing like it! Ordered the wings burger which was terrible, the lettuce and tomato were old and soggy, there was 1 tiny onion ring and the fries were cold. I also ordered a milkshake which only arrived 10 min after I got my food!
