Wings Aeropuerto - ጓዳላኻራ - ቻፓላ መንገድ

Decent service, clean environment, the organization between the servers and the kitchen seems to be well. I'm hoping the wait was due to upmost care in the prep (one can hope but) overall this would be a nice place to come back to

Food was okay, not great. Service was terrible and we almost missed our flight. Had to change our order because they were out of several menu items. We ordered a Philly sandwich, lasagna, a burger and fries, sopa azteca and an arrachera plate. Out of their whole beer menu they were out of everything except Michelob Ultra, Heineken, and Bohemia Clara. The food came out VERY SLOWLY and in separate groups. - Fifteen-twenty minutes before drinks came. - After another fifteen minutes, the sopa azteca came. - Fifteen-twenty minutes, the arrachera plate. - Ten-fifteen minutes before the lasagna came. - Ten-fifteen minutes later, green salsa for the sopa azteca (which had long been eaten) inexplicably came with no explanation - Then another twenty minutes before the philly sandwich. After another ten minutes we were very much in danger of missing our flight by the time the burger came. The server lamely explained that burgers take longer to cook which doesn't explain the other food items being so slow. Plus no burger takes over an hour to cook, especially of there's no option of how well you like it done. We asked for a to go bag and for the bill ASAP. Still took awhile.

Oh my, I think these were the worst chicken wings I ever ate. I have a suspicion they were either microwaved too short or left on the pass for 15min. Oily and veggy sticks limp. Clearly someone who needs help out there!

I ordered the molletes for breakfast and it was terrible. Simply cheese thrown on bread and heated in the microwave for MX$149. Just shameful. Not toasted and topped as in the menu picture. Never again. Needs new leadership.

Food looked great but taste was not that great. Server was ok but did have to wait for a long tome for the food to get to us. Server even said it wasn't busy for that to happen. I did notice 5 to 6 tables sit after us get served before us too. The BBQ chicken sandwich was ok only due to the bacon or so....but the chicken was way to dry. Fried though were great. Can't go wrong with regular French fries.

The tacos were good and the sopa azteca!

Not only are the food way to expensive ( although thats whats to be expected in an airport, but serving my food on a PLASTIC BAG…. really??? only one star, staff was nce though

It's my place to have a good meal while I wait for my flight. The food is ok and the service is always excellent. There's no surprises when you eat here and you can have a decent plate that will get you safe and satisfied while you get to your next destination. I'll keep chosing this one over others. I like Chilli's too but I think they have lighter plates in here. Maybe Chilli's is too heavy for traveling and I don't like to risk it.
