La mesera qué nos toco no anotaba nada de la orden y trajo los pedidos mal varias veces, además se le pedían tarros y no los traia después de recordarle 3 veces casa ves que venía a dejar otra cosa. Por fin salieron los pedidos de alitas y vimos como los dejaron en el área de entrega, pero todos los meseros y el gerente decidieron tener una reunión en ese momento y dejaron las alitas ahí por 20 minutos en lo que terminaban su reunión. En este tiempo también llegaron otras dos mesas qué se terminaron quejando también qué llevaban casi media hora y nadie los atendía. Después por fin terminaron y nos trajieron las alitas y para la sorpresa de nadie estaban frías. Le comentamos a la mesera y nos dijo que las calentaba, pero le pedimos qué si las iba a meter la freidora otra vez mejor nos la dejaran frías. Nos comentó que no y se las llevo, solo para regresarlas un poco más calientes pero con un sabor a carbón de la salsa qué la habían quemado porque claramente solo las volvieron a freír. A la mitad del servicio pedí la clave del wifi, me comentaron que me la traían en unos minutos y después nunca me la trajieron. Recordé dos veces y me decían que ahorita la traian y nada. Nos cambiaron de mesera y le comenté a la mesera qué si si se podía compartir y me dijo que me parara a la caja y ahí estaba escrita. Fui y la tome y pude conectarme, pero a los 15 minutos otra persona de mi mesa la pidió también y se la trajieron en un papelito ya impreso, comente bromeando qué a el si les cayo bien y se la trajieron y la mesera me contesto en un tono sarcástico "una disculpa por hacerte caminar, no fue mi intención". Entre el terrible servicio, la cerveza caliente, la comida fría, y el ambiente qué aturde (entre la música mezclada con el tráfico pesado directamente a un lado) no lo recomiendo a nadie. Para cerrar con broche de oro, a la hora de traernos la cuenta nos quisieron cobrar todas las cosas que había traído mal la mesera. Hay otros lugares de alitas alrededor, eviten pasar por este. La buscas y esta con el teléfono, viene de mala gana, como que le molesta que la interrumpas de su facebook, no le pone atención al cliente.
