★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, atendieron de mala gana. Menos una señora que nos recibió de ahí en fuera las chavas bien payasos. Pero cuando piden la propina si te contestan bien amable. Pero te recuerdan que es el 10% de tu compra. Esta mejor la sucursal de valle de chalco. Jamás regreso ahí!!!!
Terrible service, they attended reluctantly. Except for one lady who welcomed us from outside, the very clown girls. But when they ask for the tip if they answer you very kindly. But they remind you that it is 10% of your purchase. The Valle de Chalco branch is better. I never go back there!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan muy ricas pero se pasan de vrg,en cada servicio de su "todo lo que puedas comer de alitas y bonless" te dan una porción de vegetales y 200 gramos de papas que si no te terminas,no puedes pedir tu siguente orden.
Llegue a las 6 de la tarde y en una hora solo me trajeron 3 servicios (se tardan bastante o hacen tiempo para no traerte tantas),total dieron las 7 y pedí otro servicio y que ya había terminado el buffet,eso lo puedo entender por si alguien quiere comer a las 7 de la noche pero yo ya estaba ahi comiendo y que si quería otra orden,me iba a costar extra.
En fin,no vuelvo a regresar =)

I arrived at 6 in the afternoon and in an hour they only brought me 3 services (they take a long time or they take time to not bring you so many), they gave a total of 7 and I asked for another service and that the buffet had already finished, I can understand that from If someone wants to eat at 7 at night but I was already there eating and if I wanted another order, it would cost me extra.
Anyway, I'm not going back =)

También es molesto que te digan cuánto debes de dejar de propina, uno sabe que se les da el 10 %, pero según la mesera dice que el restaurant se queda con la mitad de sus propinas, si eso es cierto me parece una falta de respeto a sus empleados.
Jamás volvería a ir a alguna de sus sucursales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escribí mi reseña de su mala calidad de los Boneless y el tiempo que hacen esperar, con una estrella de calificación. Que raro que ya lo sé encuentra mi opinión ?. En fin. No lo recomiendo. Alimentos fríos, papas del día anterior, al refri que le bajen la temperatura para que esté más fría la cerveza, y sobretodo... que cualquier cosa la avisen desde el principio (no hay tal alimento, no hay terminal, etc).
