Not very good experience today First I called to find out if they had home service, because although I am a short distance away, I did not want to miss part of the football game, they do not have that service of their own and honestly because of the distance I was not willing to pay the Uber / Didi / Rappi surcharge etc I asked if I could order and proceed to pay and collect, this to optimize the time it would take me, they also do not have the service and the explanation was because previously they made orders that later they did not collect and that caused losses and other administrative issues, but they invited me to go and they offered that in 10 minutes the order would be paid once paid So I went to the store, ordered, paid and stayed outside to wait for the order, even that I could be watching the game, but if I noticed that the place was completely full (good for the sale) and that did not make me feel very comfortable (personal decision) 20 minutes passed (10 more than was offered) and the order had not come out, I only asked until I was informed that it would take longer ??‍♂️ fortunately the order came out but they could not fulfill what was offered The request was: 10 Cajun wings - almost tasteless 10 pepper wings - lemon / almost tasteless, we had to add powders and sauces that we have at home but they did not improve much Cheese fingers / the best of the order, very compliant Blue cheese and chipotle dressing / both bad taste ?? Decent price but fair to poor quality In summary it was not my best experience ?

Excellent service, with a good atmosphere and music, the wings are a delight

It is a chain of chelerías with consumption of chicken wings for young people and some others who are not so young anymore. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, the service is good, fast and friendly. Music with a good level to keep you awake but allows you to chat. Your staff is very well trained. The restrooms are reasonably clean, although not exactly the best. They accept cards.

I don't recommend it at first, the attention of the disastrous waitress, the food has no flavor to the point that my nephews didn't eat the burger ? to top it off, you don't feel comfortable because every so often they come to your table like running away if you don't keep eating and To top it all off, the waitress tells me that the tip should be 10%, I just don't recommend it.
