Lo que deja mucho que desear es la atención al cliente y su servicio a domicilio, que llega a tardar hasta 2hrs en llegar y eso es muy molesto.
 I have no complaints about their food, always satisfied.
What leaves much to be desired is the customer service and their home service, which takes up to 2 hours to arrive and that is very annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un año atrás tenían buena calidad, ahora tardan demasiado los. Platillos muy pobres sobretodo las papas eran muy poquitas, las salsas bajaron la calidad conciderablemente, no tienen las mismas promociones que en la sucursal de delicias. El personal no es muy amable.
A year ago they had good quality, now they take too long. Very poor dishes especially the potatoes were very few, the sauces lowered the quality considerably, they do not have the same promotions as in the delicatessen branch. The staff is not very friendly.
