Justo en el dia internacional de la mujer sufrimos VIOLENCIA, por parte del que se dice ser el "subgerente" ISAI RUIZ, al ingresar nos dijeron que debiamos estar en dos mesas pues eramos 8 personas, al preguntar a ISAI RUIZ que porque no nos podian juntar las mesas pues actualmente estamos en semaforo verde en Ecatepec y en otros wingstop del Estado de Mexico en Ecatepec si permiten juntar la mesas con sus debidas medidas, el tipo no sabia ni que decir y solo decia cosas como que el habia ido a la CdMx y ahi si se podia, no tiene la minima idea de las medidas que estan permitidas en el semaforo verde, no sabe absolutamente nada de politicas de calidad y las politicas que rigen a la empresa que segun representa, le dije que si tenia las medidas actuales por las que se rige la empresa y no supo decir nada; No supo dar una explicacion veraz y certera, su ignorancia fue evidente en todo momento, lo peor de todo fue que segun hablaba de medidas de sana distancia cuando se acerco una trabajadora del mismo lugar y le dijo que paso? Y el tal ISAI RUIZ se quito el cubrebocas y le dijo es que esta de MAMONA haciendo refrencia a mi persona!!! Cuando mi familia y yo nos percatamos de la situacion me acerco a el y le pido sus datos y el gafete de identificación, a lo cual me dice que no tiene gafate y que es el subgerente de manera grosera y burlandose!!! Es nuestra culpa que no tenga la mas minima idea de sus politicas de calidad? que no sepa ni de que se le estaba hablando? Que no tome estrategias resolutivas ante las situaciones que se le presentan? Que tipo de personal dirige wingstop?
Espero de verdad las personas a cargo tomen las medidas y supervision necesarias a esta sucursal. Que lastima que en este dia nos topemos con tipos ignorantes y violencia hacia las mujeres.
It was a horrible experience!! Just on international women's day we suffered VIOLENCE, by the one who claims to be the "sub-manager" ISAI RUIZ, when we entered they told us that we had to be at two tables because we were 8 people, when asking ISAI RUIZ why they couldn't put the tables together because we are currently at a green traffic light in Ecatepec and in other wingstops of the State of Mexico in Ecatepec if they allow the tables to be put together with their proper measures, the guy did not even know what to say and only said things like that he had gone to the CdMx and there it was possible, he does not have the slightest idea of the measures that are allowed at the green traffic light, he knows absolutely nothing about quality policies and the policies that govern the company that he represents, I told him that he did have the current measures by which the company is governed and could not say anything; He did not know how to give a truthful and accurate explanation, his ignorance was evident at all times, the worst of all was that according to what he was talking about, healthy distance measures when a worker from the same place approached him and told him what happened? And this ISAI RUIZ took off his mask and told him that he is from MAMONA referring to me!!! When my family and I realized the situation, I approached him and asked for his information and identification badge, to which he told me that he did not have a badge and that he was the deputy manager in a rude and mocking manner!!! Is it our fault that you don't have the slightest idea of your quality policies? who doesn't even know what he was talking about? That he does not take decisive strategies in the face of situations that arise? What kind of staff run wingstop?
I really hope the people in charge take the necessary measures and supervision of this branch. What a shame that on this day we run into ignorant guys and violence towards women.
