★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen sabor de todo perooooo si tardan demasiado en llevar la comida a tu mesa, recordando que vayan sin tanta hambre más aún, si hay mucha gente ya dentro del establecimiento, tardas un poco en entrar.
Fuera de eso todo bien, hay área de juegos para quienes van con niños.
 Everything tastes good, but if they take too long to bring the food to your table, remembering to go without being so hungry, even more so if there are many people already inside the establishment, it takes a while to enter.
Other than that, everything is fine, there is a playground for those with children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi primer visita a este establecimiento y deja mucho que desear. Ocupación en un 20% ,ni siquiera está lleno el lugar. Pésima atención por parte del personal, tardaron en salir los alimentos ,los llevaron y jamás se volvieron a presentar en la mesa, al menos para recoger los platos sucios ya ocupados. 3 ocasiones tuve que pedir la cuenta ,ya que el joven que nos atendió, le falta capacitación y una mejor actitud para atender a los clientes. Deja mucho que deseas; Al menos en esta sucursal ,no regreso.

Pedí una cerveza y sabía a jabón, pedí que me cambiaran la bebida y el tarro y regresaron con el mismo tarro "enjuagado" con el mismo escarchado y marcas de labios, menos la cantidad de cerveza que ya le había tomado. Tuve que pedir que me cambiaran la bebida explicando que la bebida estaba contaminada con jabón.
Terrible service, too long to wait to be served. The food arrived cold. They had no soft drinks.
I ordered a beer and it tasted like soap, asked to have my drink and mug changed and they came back with the same "rinsed" mug with the same frosting and lip marks minus the amount of beer I had already had in it. I had to ask for my drink to be changed explaining that the drink was contaminated with soap.

Alitas extremadamente pequeñas (comparando con otras sucursales, tan solo con la de Viaducto), conozco varias cadenas de alitas en el país y en esta hay menos tamaño por el precio.
Adjunto foto, están del tamaño de un dedo pulgar. Espero que esto cambie porque no puedes estar pagando $500 pesos por una mini botanita.
Servicio lento: no había tanta gente y para pedir catsup tuve levantada la mano unos minutos y nadie me hacía caso, fingían que no veían (es imposible no ver ese detalle y más si eres un mesero que cuida su mesa).
Yo no regresaría, a menos que la sucursal mencione que sus alitas ya serán tamaño normal (y no miniatura).

Slow service: there weren't that many people and to ask for ketchup I had my hand raised for a few minutes and no one paid any attention to me, they pretended not to see (it's impossible not to see that detail and even more so if you're a waiter who takes care of your table).
I would not go back, unless the branch mentions that their wings will already be normal size (and not miniature).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar en general es bueno, la comida acorde a los precios, el personal que me atendió fue atento en todo momento, fueron explicadas oportunamente la carta y sus promociones, considero 4 estrellas ya que algo le falta al lugar.
The place in general is good, the food according to the prices, the staff that attended me was attentive at all times, the menu and its promotions were explained in a timely manner, I consider it 4 stars since something is missing from the place.

I will not recommended this place.... In mexico they playing trick in menu card, they show you big something and bring totally opposite....
