Take away service only (when it is solidarity day) fast delivery, well served. The wings a bit dry, taste good but not excellent.
J	Jeanye Arlet Del Angel Padrón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera ves fue una muy mala experiencia en cuanto a servicio pues no te explican el menu ni nada sabiendo q es tu primera ves y personal pidiendo propina ( que no dejamos pues nos habian cobrado 4 refrescos q bien se pudieron omitir pues venian en los paquetes q se pidieron y no pudoeron darnos alguna solución ) con el alegato q tenían q repartir a cocina sin embargo las alas estuvieron riquisimas y así regresamos la segunda ves nos atendió un chico q la vdd se super ganó su propina pues todo estuvo excelente, comida, trato de el todo perfecto y la tercera ves, hace rato donde nos atendió la misma chica de la primera ves , las alas chicas, secas y sin sabor, el pollo negro unas cocidas otras no y a un pedido le faltaban 2 alas y una miniatura q pasaron por ala q pedimos la cambiaran, y para rematar la chica volviendo a pedir q se le apoyara con el 10% de propina pues tenia q repartir a cocina. Hasta donde yo sé la propina para empezar se gana, segundo no puedes pedir al cliente te deje el 10% cuando la vdd tu servicio no cumple con mis expectativas y se los comento pues tenemos experiencia en servicio y trato a clientes y personal, no puedes decirle al cliente q te deje propina, la propina es lo q el cliente te quiera dejar según tu desempeño y sobre todo la comida, necesitan platicar con su personal o de plano poner un letrero donde diga SIN EXCEPCION, SE COBRARA EL 10% DE PROPINA, LES GUSTE O NO.... Hoy pierden unos clientes en su 3 visita, gracias. The first time was a very bad experience in terms of service because they do not explain the menu or anything knowing that it is your first time and staff asking for a tip (which we did not leave because they had charged us 4 soft drinks that could well have been omitted because they came in the packages that they asked for and they could not give us any solution) with the allegation that they had to distribute to the kitchen, however the wings were delicious and so we returned the second time we were served by a boy who the vdd super earned his tip because everything was excellent, food, I try everything perfect and the third time, a while ago where the same girl from the first time attended us, the small wings, dry and without flavor, the black chicken some cooked others not and an order was missing 2 wings and a miniature that They went through the wing that we asked to change it, and to top it off the girl again asked us to support her with a 10% tip because she had to deliver to the kitchen. As far as I know, to begin with, tips are earned, secondly, you can't ask the customer to leave you 10% when your service doesn't meet my expectations and I'm telling you about it because we have experience in service and treatment of customers and staff, you can't tell the client to leave you a tip, the tip is what the client wants to leave you according to your performance and especially the food, they need to talk with their staff or put a sign where it says NO EXCEPTION, 10% TIP WILL BE CHARGED WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT .... Today you lose some customers on your 3rd visit, thank you.
L	Lilith Usui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy visité esta sucursal, la hostess fue grosera desde que llegamos, y nos dió la mesa de mala gana, ya que hubo partido pensé, seguro está estresada, no hay problema. No nos hacían caso para ordenar a pesar de que ya se había vaciado el local después del partido, la hostess nos vio queriendo ordenar, y nos ignoró. Por fin nos tomaron la orden, y mi Alexander, que debía ser frappé tenía varios pedazos enteros de hielo, olvidaron nuestra orden de papas y las trajeron cuando ya habíamos terminado de comer, al final el mesero nos hizo el cobro, indicando que faltaba el servicio, con todo, decidí no dejar propina, es un extra por un servicio mejor que el normal, y el servicio fue malo en general, al retirarnos, se me acercó el mesero a pedirme literalmente que le ayudara con su propina, cuando es ilegal pedir o exigir propina. No suelo quejarme, pero es una grosería terrible pedir propinas, cuando sabes que diste un mal servicio.

Strange though...at first we ordered the refillable drink, refill wasn't available, so we ordered the can of soda. We assumed it would be part of the paquete...no, they made us purchase 2 extra cans of soda. Not very good as far as customer service is concerned. Also, stay away from the tables right next to the sidewalk, constantly being asked for spare change.
