★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que voy a un wingstop, en lo personal, el trato es bueno, pero algo que podrían hacer, es preguntar en qué tiempo, te llevan tus alimentos ya que nosotros, tardamos como 1 hora, hasta pensé que se les había olvidado el pedido, y aparte de que ya te cobran la propina, mi cuenta era de 850 y ellos lo redondean a 1000, tal vez las demás sucursales sean mejores, pero en esta si nomas no.....
It is the first time that I go to a wingstop, personally, the treatment is good, but something they could do, is to ask how long, they take your food to you since it took us about 1 hour, I even thought that they had been I forgot the order, and apart from the fact that they already charge you the tip, my bill was 850 and they round it up to 1000, maybe the other branches are better, but in this one if only no.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, tardan mucho en tomarte la orden y ni se diga para que te entreguen tu pedido, se tardan una eternidad. Pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo.
Terrible customer service, they take a long time to take your order and not to mention for them to deliver your order, they take forever. Terrible service. I do not recommend it.

Lo de una persona (y frío)… olvidemos la “entrada” que nunca llegó.
Pésimo el servicio lamentablemente. Terminamos cancelando lo que quedaba pendiente… no volvemos nunca!
I would give it zero stars, but it doesn't give me the option. Half an hour for them to carry 2 soft drinks, 1 hour for them to carry only
The one person thing (and cold)… let's forget the “ticket” that never came.
Terrible service unfortunately. We ended up canceling what was pending… we never come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida bien pero el mesero alevoso incluyó la propina en la cuenta sin que se viera reflejado en el ticket, además de ofrecer los aderezos más grandes sin explicar sobre los tamaños y precios , al final al entregar la cuenta menciono un total que incluía su propina del 15 % . No quisimos hablarle al gerente por empatía y no afectarle en su trabajo pero muy mal por ese mesero.
The food was good but the treacherous waiter included the tip in the bill without it being reflected in the ticket, in addition to offering the largest dressings without explaining the sizes and prices, at the end when delivering the bill he mentioned a total that included his tip of 15%. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En primer lugar pienso que el mobiliario está bien. El primer detalle fue cuando olvidaron limpiar la mesa antes de servirnos nuestros alimentos, que por cierto, tradaron en llegar.
Ordené unas papas a la fancesa con queso, y luego de un rato de espera, trajeron las papas frías y para colmo, sin queso.
Enseguida trajeron las alitas y ya para cuando íbamos a mitad de la comida me traen mis papas calientes y los platos para poner los huesos de las alitas que ya nos habías casi acabado.
Un buen lugar, si no quieren dar una buena impresión.
Por último, pedí una cocacola y se tardó otros 15 minutos en llegar. Yo mismo vi cómo un mesero iba paseando una lata de coca y no sé si solo no le dijeron a qué mesa entregarla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto a los alimentos estuvieron bien,pero la atención fue lenta y mala, no te dicen la promociones o te mencionan lo que tienen solo te dan la carta o código QR y ya. El lugar está muy bn con muy buena limpieza y tienen una pequeña área para niños es buen plus falta un poco de ventilación pero vale la pena el lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las alitas están muy ricas probamos las salsas mango habanero (les falta un poco de picante estaban algo dulces); las original tienen un leve exceso de vinagre. Aún así creo que es tema del cocinero. Las papas a la francesa estaba arriba de sal deben ser cuidadosos. El precio me parece justo, pero deben combinar mejor sus paquetes y eso lo hará más ventajoso de elegir para los comensales.
The wings are very tasty, we tried the mango habanero sauces (they lack a bit of spice and were somewhat sweet); the original ones have a slight excess of vinegar. Still, I think it's the chef's issue. The French fries were above salt should be careful. The price seems fair to me, but they should combine their packages better and that will make it more advantageous to choose for diners.
