Llevo más de 6 días esperando una explicación del porqué eliminaron la información de mi sitio web y correos.
No han tenido la molestia de darme una solución y argumentan que solo tienen respaldo de información de septiembre del 2019.
Es lamentable como una empresa con su infraestructura no cuenten con protocolos de respaldo con mayor frecuencia.
Espero tengan el detalle de COMUNICARSE conmigo para dar seguimiento ya que el supervisor "Dante" ni nadie sabe el porqué pasó esto.
DELETED MY INFORMATION WITHOUT MY XPRESS HOSTING CONSENT
I have been waiting for an explanation for more than 6 days why they deleted the information from my website and emails.
They have not bothered to give me a solution and argue that they only have information backing of September 2019.
It is unfortunate that a company with its infrastructure does not have backup protocols more frequently.
I hope you have the detail of COMMUNICATING with me to follow up since the supervisor "Dante" and nobody knows why this happened.
