★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y nula capacidad de respuesta que tiene la empresa Daewoo en México, vino el técnico y levantó un diagnóstico, después de eso llevo tres semanas esperando el veredicto de cambio o compostura del producto y sólo me dan largas y no cumplen con las fechas establecidas... es necesario mejorar su capacidad de respuesta!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren esta marca. Estan buenos para armar promociones pero cuando se trata de servicio y refacciones, sus distribuidores son unos incompetentes. En la planta tampoco dan solución. ¿De qué sirve comprar si no hay con qué reparar? En mi casa hoy hay un refi, una lavadora un micro y un aire acondicionado DAEWOO y les juro que NUNCA JAMÁS les vuelvo a comprar NADA. Esta marca es un fraude, No la compren.
Don't buy this brand. They are good at putting together promotions but when it comes to service and parts, their dealers are incompetent. There is no solution at the plant either. What is the use of buying if there is nothing to repair? In my house today there is a refi, a washing machine, a micro and a DAEWOO air conditioning and I swear that I will NEVER EVER buy anything from you. This brand is a fraud, do not buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus REFRIGERADORES NO SIRVEN, NO ENFRÍAN, GASTAN DEMASIADA ELECTRICIDAD, no hay servicio a cliente directo de fabrica ni te cambian equipo ni devuelven el dinero. Tardan semanas en mandar técnicos y ni ellos saben hacer un diagnostico EFICIENTE .
Evítense malos ratos y corajes ¡¡¡NO COMPREN DAEWOO.!!
Your REFRIGERATORS DO NOT SERVE, DO NOT COOL, SPEND TOO MUCH ELECTRICITY, there is no factory direct customer service, they do not change your equipment or return your money. It takes weeks to send technicians and they don't even know how to make an EFFICIENT diagnosis.
Avoid bad times and courage. DON'T BUY DAEWOO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un refrigerador daewoo no tiene mucho tiempo, no enfría y eh llamado para que manden un técnico. Jamás as contestan, no tiene solución y no atienden. Pésima marca, no la volvería a comprar jamás, ni lavadoras, ni refrigerados ni microondas.
