★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es la tercera vez que llevo equipos de tecnología a reparar en ese lugar, las dos veces anteriores todo excelente, esta vez quede muy decepcionada primero lleve mi laptop y quedaron de enviarme mi orden de servicio y jamas me la enviaron hasta que marque por teléfono yo, después quedaron de enviarme una cotización y esto ya va a cumplir un mes y no me la han dado por tal motivo no podría dar una recomendación por el contrario estoy muy molesta he iré a recoger mi lap y espero no llevarme otra decepción.

1) Me entregaron con remanentes de pegamento en los bordes.
2) La tapa posterior ahora tiene un abultamiento en la ezquina inferior.
Los empleados argumentan que limpiar el pegamento es muy simple y que el abultamiento es normal debido al calentamiento para retirar la tapa.
A mi juicio, forzaron la tapa al momento de retirarla y por eso ahora presenta cuarteaduras y abultamiento.

2) The back cover now has a bulge in the bottom corner.
Employees argue that cleaning the glue is very simple and that bulging is normal due to heating to remove the cap.
In my opinion, they forced the lid when it was removed and that is why it now shows cracks and bulging.

También ofrecen servicios de instalación, asesoría y servicio a domicilio. En mi caso particular la atención fue muy buena y resolvieron mi problema, que consistía en recuperar la información de un disco duro de una computadora que se dañó. La única recomendación es que deberían hacer mayor énfasis en la limpieza, ya que aunque se entiende que hay mucho polvo en el ambiente tanto por la reparación de la calle, así como por la construcción que se está realizando al lado, el mostrador y las terminales para cobrar con tarjeta estaban muy polvosos, pero se veía que ya era polvo de varios días.
