Quise dar la oportunidad de probar otra marca, la verdad es que es la primera vez que compro un acumudor de está marca ''omega" Me llevo una gran desepcion hace 7-8 meses que realice la compra de una batería.. resulta que hace unos días la pila dejo de funcionar de repente ??♂️ quise traerla para checar la garantía de la misma y me comentan que fue una sobre carga de mi alternador cheque mi unidad con 2 eléctricos para verificar que fuese así. Resulta que mi alternador funciona a la perfección. Solo 8 meses duro está batería ? me queda de experiencia no volver a comprar aquí.
Es una pena que una empresa como ustedes no puedan hacer frente a una garantía, y más que sus empleados no tengan la más mínima capacitación para atender a un cliente, los valores de su empresa se reflejan en sus empleados y es una pena....
Terrible service. I wanted to give the opportunity to try another brand, the truth is that it is the first time that I buy an accumulator of this brand "omega". A few days the battery suddenly stopped working ??♂️ I wanted to bring it to check the warranty of the same and they told me that it was an overload of my alternator, check my unit with 2 electrics to verify that it was like that. It turns out that my alternator works to perfection. Only 8 months lasts this battery ? I have experience not to buy again here.
It is a shame that a company like you cannot face a guarantee, and even more that your employees do not have the slightest training to serve a client, the values of your company are reflected in your employees and it is a shame ... .
