Excelente servicio y asesoría. Mande hacer una Galería en canvas y los cuadros quedaron padrisimos! Mi hijo muy contento con el trabajo y los materiales. Buena relación calidad- precio. Ya estoy pensando en otro proyecto!?

Sus sellos no están de mala calidad, donde trabajo les solicitamos 2 sellos con el primero estuvo bien hecho se tardaron en elaborarlo tuvimos que ir dos veces por él, porque la primera vez que fuimos el día que debería estar aun no lo tenían, pero eso lo consideramos dentro de lo normal que puede suceder. Pero no dan una atención profesional en cuestión de errores, cuando solicitamos el otro sello cuando por fin nos entregaron el primero les pedimos que fuera igual al tipo de sello, que el que estábamos recogiendo pero con otra palabra, y hubo un error con la forma del sello porque no era igual al tipo que les habíamos pedido y nos cobraron un costo extra por corregirlo, por más que se les explico que fue su error porque no lo habíamos pedido de esa manera hasta les habíamos dado un ejemplo de cómo lo queríamos, se negaron a corregirlo a menos que pagáramos, si bien acepto que el cobro extra de corregirlo era solo un cuarto del valor del costo del sello nuevo, considero no es justo de uno como cliente, tener que pagar un costo extra aunque sea mínimo cuando fue error de ellos, pero como nos urgía el sello pagamos.

Súper bien! Ame mi sello, los detalles del dibujo quedaron muy bien. Todo fue por WhatsApp y solo pase a recogerlo cuando ya estaba listo. Incluso lo vimos ahi para ver que estuviera bien. Muy buena atención, menciona que tienen dos cajones pero creo que son los lugares justo enfrente del local, sobre Tapia. Pero como solo pase por mi orden no me tarde y no hubo problema con el estacionado.

Atendio Ale Monsivais, serigrafia a dos colores (verde y gris) 50 pesos cada pieza, recibimos esto. Al solicitar solucion, comenta que es error humano y me pregunta que si yo nunca me he equivocado ena vida? Que tonta excusa para no aceptar error y todavia dice que ella no esta para dar espectativas. Las lonas que pedimos igual cambiaron el color.

Desde el momento que empezaron a checar lo del diseño me gustó que tuvieron la iniciativa de ayudarme a solucionar la calidad de las imágenes , los botones que mande hacer quedaron de una excelente calidad ,,, Tuvimos un detalle con el servicio de paquetería ajeno a ellos ,, al cual le dieron seguimiento en todo momento. Tienen una excelente atención al cliente. Los recomiendo ampliamente

Es una imprenta con muy buenas opciones, buena calidad de impresión. Tengo años mandando hacer todos los sellos, son rápidos y se adaptan a mis necesidades.

Hice un pedido de volantes 1/2 carta 2000 piezas. Los volantes me los entregaron en muy baja calidad y manchados, con detalles en la impresión. Hice la reclamación con Juan Puerta y me pidió llevarle los volantes para su revisión y me aseguró que me los iban a volver a imprimir. Revisaron los volantes y me salieron con la casualidad que esos volantes en mal estado fueron por prueba, pero a las personas de su producción se les olvidó casualmente retirarlos del pedido que me entregaron. La atención de la persona de Whatsapp es super mala, no cuidan nada al cliente, fue grosera y como empresa no me cumplieron. En ningún lugar dice que la calidad de sus trabajos en tan baja. Sin duda no lo recomiendo para nada, pésimo trato al cliente.
