WishTulum - 77780 Tulum

Great little hotel! Clean rooms reasonably priced. Super friendly and helpful staff and a nice pool. Out of the hotel zone mayhem but close enough to everything. Will definitely stay here again if we're in Tulum.

In the hotel we had a spacious room with refrigerator, oven and utensils. The bathroom is clean, air conditioning and fans are working. The complex has a swimming pool with clear water, restaurant ... The staff at the reception is helpful and speaks great English. Parking in front of the hotel is insufficient for clients - restaurant visitors who are not accommodated here also park here. The hotel is about 3 km from the beach.

Really nice place, super clean and the staff it's really friendly. You must rent a bike to go to the beach.

Inexpensive, get what you pay for, hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. No TV. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Construction across one street, road work out front, nightclub across other street.

We stayed there 2 years ago. Loved it so much that we came back this year. VERY affordable (even during spring break)

Nice hotel, quite expensive. There is air conditioning in the room and fresh water. There is also a swimming pool. The restaurant on the side "el capitan" is excellent. We had a very nice experience with WishTulum. We arrived arround 12:30 and the room was not ready since check in is after 3 PM. We waited at the pool until the room was ready which was 2 PM. The room was nice with a view on the pool. Parking was right in front of the hotel. Since we rented bikes the receptionist told us to store the bikes inside the hotel since it is not safe to leave them on the streets overnight (hotel staff told us that a day earlier bikes were stolen in front of the hotel). The room had a small fridge and even a watercooker! Location was convenient and the evenings were quiet. Only thing is that the swimming pool only had a small space (for 3 chairs) to block the sun..

The rooms were comfortable and meet the expectations of the price range. I appreciated the safe in the room and water heater. However, there are currently construction sites around the hotel, so you'd need ear plugs for a good night's sleep.
