WIVC Coral Mar - 77500 Cancún

The staff is top notch, they even helped us with a rental car issue we had. That is above and beyond. The resort is off the beaten path, but that is part of the value. The rooms are nice and the resort is quite. If you like a little peace when you turn in from a day of fun, this is the perfect place. No lines, no worries, and assistance with any challenges that you run into.

Coral Mar was absolutely not what I expected when booking my trip to Cancun. This place is mainly used by the owners who seem to love it so if you’re not familiar with the condos or the area I would stay away. They are located in a residential area not far from the Hotel Zone but far enough. Everything is old and outdated but clean and comfortable and the staff are really nice and accommodating. There is only one restaurant on the property and the menu is limited but if you have a request they will also try to accommodate but the hours are limited. The pool is small and not very inviting more like the average motel pool and of course if you want a chair you have to get out there to grab one. THERE IS NO BEACH ? but you can go to the sister hotel and use theirs which is actually really good and I would highly suggest going there if you end up staying. I honestly wanted to leave when the taxi ? dropped us off and the driver even looked at my reaction when he said we are here and giggled ? a little ?but my husband suggested we give it a try since we were there and it was paid for so we did and it was just ok but I will NEVER ?? stay here again ?. I even saw one lady go off on her husband when they arrived and refused to even go onto the premises ?then shortly after I saw them leaving with their luggage ?.

A wonderful place to stay. Adi and Erica were our hotel hostesses and they went above and beyond expectations. Definitely stay again. Juan the concierge was very helpful as well.

Only thing missing was an elevator and the ball for they volleyball in the pool. Our last day there though, they decided to do major renovations in the apartment directly under us majorly disturbing our rest and relaxation we really needed for an early morning flight out in the morning! And that was All day!

Oh the room was gorgeous. I had a beautiful view of the laguna and across the water. The night was a little cool and breezy, but overall, it was relaxing. I would definitely visit again. Also, the staff was very attentive and made me feel right at home. You can order out or eat at the on-site restaurant. Fabulous!!!

25m walk from public transport Really good customer service and the grounds are well kept and clean spacious apartments. Came here via an rci exchange as this is one of the only non all inclusive venues. Did not really like the sales pitch on the tours while we were trying to eat breakfast but the overall experience was good. Recommend a car.
