1.- cualquier persona puede hacer modificaciones a tu paquete de servicio (por supuesto, que implique cobrarte más) y no les importa si eres tú o no, mientras esa persona proporcione tu número de INE, decidirán que eres tú. (Afirmado esto por un empleado cuyo nombre es Manuel Victoria, via telefónica).
2.- Cualquier cambio que se haga a tu paquete (seas tú o no) te obligarán a tenerlo 12 meses y tendrás que pagar los meses restantes si decides cancelar por la razón que tu quieras, ya sea porque no cumplió con lo que esperabas o con lo que te prometieron o simplemente por lo groseros que son algunos de los que atienden en las ventanillas.
3.- Para cancelar en el caso anterior, tendrás que acudir a la PROFECO (con todos los inconvenientes que esto te trae) para meter tu denucia y poder cancelar el servicio y no pagar lo que ellos quieren, porque ellos siempre tienen la razón y no aceptarán ningún error.
4.- A esta empresa no le interesas tú, como cliente, solo les interesa su propio beneficio. Así es que tú decides. Yo te doy mi desagradable experiencia con esta empresa.

1.- Anyone can make modifications to your service package (of course, that implies charging you more) and they do not care if it is you or not, as long as that person provides your INE number, they will decide that it is you. 2.- Any change that is made to your package (whether you are or not) will force you to have it for 12 months and you will have to pay the remaining months if you decide to cancel for the reason you want, either because it did not comply with what you expected or with what they promised you or simply because of how rude some of those who attend the windows are.
3.- To cancel in the previous case, you will have to go to PROFECO (with all the inconveniences that this brings you) to file your complaint and be able to cancel the service and not pay what they want, because they are always right and they will not accept any mistakes.
4.- This company is not interested in you, as a customer, they are only interested in their own benefit. So you decide. I give you my unpleasant experience with this company.
