★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni hablar el servicio de atención a clientes es pésimo, hay que volver a Cablecom, sus folletos son una vil mentira y no lo aplican, en ifetel me informan que hay que denunciarlos por la estafa que hacen. Uno trata de buscar un mejor servicio y se lleva la sorpresa de que está compañía es una basura en todo.
Not to mention the customer service is terrible, you have to go back to Cablecom, their brochures are a vile lie and they do not apply it, in ifetel they inform me that they must be reported for the scam they do. You try to find a better service and you are surprised that this company is a garbage in everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa poco seria te toman el pelo y no te solucionan nada tengo 5 días sin servicio y tengo tres avisos cambiando la fecha para instalar no te lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio está pésimo, seguido se va el internet y el cable. Y lo que más molesta es que si no haces el pago puntual te cobran recargos, pero no te hacen descuento o dicen nada por todo el tiempo que te tuvieron sin el servicio
The service is lousy, the internet and cable often go out. And the most annoying thing is that if you don't pay on time they charge you surcharges, but they don't give you a discount or say anything for all the time they had you without the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa con una pésima atención al cliente. Aún cuando tengo el servicio domiciliado, varias veces falla el cobro. Su soporte técnico dice una cosa y ventas dice otra. La aplicación es malísima, los pagos por ahí fallan la mayoría de las ocasiones. Definitivamente cancelaré.
It is a company with terrible customer service. Even when I have the domiciled service, the collection fails several times. Your tech support says one thing and sales says another. The application is lousy, the payments there fail most of the time. I will definitely cancel.
