★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente trato, muy bonitas instalaciones... Lo malo es que he ido omóplato 6 veces a citas y siempre tardan omóplato una hora para atenderme y eso que es con cita. El doctor muy atento y respetuoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por cuestion del covid tuvimos que atender el parto de mi esposa aqui, nos dejaron un mal sabor de boca, no les recomiendo este lugar por varias cosas, mejor atencion hay en otros hospitales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si las instalaciones fueran como el servicio no tendrían 5 estrellas sino 5 diamantes, el servicio no es malo ... es pésimo, si, muy amables pero nada más eso, para una radiografía con cita, nótese con cita más de una hora.
No salían de : Si hay la paso !!
Gracias a Dios por la competencia.. Jamás volveremos !!
If the facilities were like the service would not have 5 stars but 5 diamonds, the service is not bad ... it is terrible, yes, very friendly but nothing more that, for an X-ray by appointment, notice by appointment more than an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tube un problena con un tio que tenia un obstruccion en la garganta lo lleve por que no podia respirar lo checaron y dijieron que todo estaba bien lo tubieron en observacion 30 min y lo enviaron a casa pero el seguia teniendo la molestia y toda la noche no pudo dormir por que casi no podia respirar lo doctores le dijieroo que era por lo lastimafo de la garganta pos nada cual sera la sorpresa que en la mañana seguia igusl depues se levanto y fue al baño tosio y arojo un termendo troso de carne.
Moraleja si el padiente dice que todavia siente que trae algo o se siente mal hay que tomar mas atencion
El pobre estubvo toda la noche con esa obstrucion en su garganta y sin poder descansar bien y sin poder respirar bien. hay que poner mas atencion para dar un mejor servicio

Si pudiera les daría un cero. Pésima atención el día 10/26/2020. Fui a urgencias y me dijeron que no había ginecólogo, solo doctor general. Me revisaron y me realizaron una sonografia luego me pasaron con un ginecólogo que también me practicó una sonografia. Al final termine pagando $600 de la consulta con el ginecólogo y $1,250 por la consulta con el doctor general que solo tomó signos vitales y la sonografia. Me pareció un robo, desde el inicio me hubieran pasado con el ginecólogo y listo.
Aparte de que el doctor general tuvo una actitud pésima. Es la Clínica de la Mujer pero tienen la mente muy cerrada como los doctores y enfermeras que trabajan aquí y más bien parece iglesia y no una clínica. Las mujeres tenemos el derecho de tomar la mejor decisión sobre nuestro cuerpo y punto.
Cuando pague mi cuenta pedí hablar con un supervisor o director de la clínica pero la mujer que hace los cobros dijo que ella podía tomar la queja mientras sentía una actitud de su parte.

If I could I would give them a zero. Terrible attention on 10/26/2020. I went to the emergency room and they told me there was no gynecologist, only a general doctor. They checked me and performed a sonography, then they transferred me to a gynecologist who also performed a sonography. When I paid my bill I asked to speak to a supervisor or director of the clinic but the woman who makes the collections said that she could take the complaint as long as she felt an attitude from her.

Tenga cuidado, le dicen q si pero no tienen especialistas la momento de las cirugias. Hacen transfusiones a la misma hora de operar aunque la gente este con anemia. Hay mucha negligencia. Si hay buenos comentarios sera de personas a quienes no se les presento alguna emergencia. Ahi murio mi familiar hace unos meses.

Be careful, they tell you yes but they don't have specialists at the time of the surgeries. They do transfusions at the same time of operation even if people are anemic. There is a lot of negligence. If there are good comments, it will be from people to whom an emergency was not presented. My relative died a few months ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hace dos días para informarme junto mi pareja de los paquetes de maternidad y lo único que hizo la recepcionista es darnos un folleto, realmente esperaba que se nos explicara o nos diera información adicional, digo estas contratando un servicio particular al menos quieres que se te trate de manera diferente a un servicio público (hasta me sentí mal de haber tomado asiento) . Finalmente nos decidimos por el christus muguerza ya que la diferencia de precios no es mucha y el servicio al pedir información fue totalmente diferente.
Ojalá pongan atención en esto los socios de este hospital.
I went two days ago to find out with my partner about the maternity packages and the only thing the receptionist did is give us a brochure, I really hoped it would be explained to us or give us additional information, I say you are hiring a private service at least you want to be treat a public service differently (I even felt bad I took a seat). Finally we decided on the christus muguerza since the price difference is not much and the service when asking for information was totally different.
Hopefully the members of this hospital pay attention to this.
