I made an appointment for nanoplasty, the place is nice but it is very small, although it is a pandemic I had to wait in the room while they did nails to 2 people in front of me. The girls are very friendly, they offer you something to drink and chocolates. The negative points that I see with the place apart from the size, is that they must improve the cleanliness of the facilities, most of the things are dusty or stained and that gives a bad image of the place. In addition, they gave me the impression of not being sufficiently trained, I asked the person who attended me to explain the care for nanoplasty and had to take out the sheet that I signed previously to read them. He even asked me twice what treatment he would apply to me when he was supposed to know because he had it scheduled. In addition to this, I could not observe what they put in my hair, at least to know that it really was a nanoplasty treatment, and not some other one that has and contains formaldehyde which is not so friendly to the hair. The application was quick, if you need more product for your hair type it has an extra cost of $ 90 an ounce (although in its advertising it says that the price is for any length). Until now the treatment did not have the results I expected, it did leave my hair beautiful, but it is also because I am using professional shampoo and conditioner that I bought myself, and once dry and without products it did not improve compared to how I had it. For the costs that handle the service it is acceptable, but I do not think I will return for another service. In networks they published my before and after photos as if they had made me Brazilian haha, so I'm not sure what they put me.

The girls attend reluctantly and rush, I had made my appointment for nails and pedicure but as they were saturated with people they did not respect the time of my appointment, even scolded I went out to ask if they had set aside my appointment for pedicure, already I saw that they began to serve other clients and they left me waiting with only my fingernails. I noticed that this "scolding" mode was applied to several clients, first and last time I go to that place "girls"
