Estoy muy molesta, mi esposo me regalo una pijama de cumpleaños, me quedo grande y fui con mi ticket a la tienda de angelopolis Puebla a cambiarla por una talla más pequeña, llegando a la tienda me gustó más otra pijama, cabe mencionar que estaba más cara pero pensaba pagar la diferencia, pues el personal me dijo que solo podía cambiar de talla pero no de modelo, les dije que si de todos modos me la iban a cambiar qué importaba si cambiaba de modelo, hasta les iba a comprar más cosas y a pagar la diferencia, pero me dijeron lo mismo, que no se podía! Nunca me había pasado semejante estupidez en ninguna otra tienda. Obviamente me fui con la misma pijama y sin comprar nada más. Nunca más en la vida compraré en esa tienda tienen cero criterio, cero lógica, cero servicio y satisfacción al cliente. Terrible service. I had never been so stupid in any other store. Obviously I left with the same pajamas and without buying anything else. Never again in my life will I buy in that store they have zero criteria, zero logic, zero service and customer satisfaction.
