Fui a hacer una devolución de una compra online y primero me dijeron que no la podían hacer porque pagué con tarjeta, ¿cómo se supone que pague en línea con efectivo? Y después me dijeron que tenía que llevar el ticket impreso, les volví a mostrar que en la pagina web dice que con el ticket digital es suficiente y me corrieron de la tienda. Nefasto. Por favor capaciten a su personal, y si tu trabajas en esa tienda, simplemente reconoce que no sabes hacer el trabajo en lugar de ser grosero con los clientes. El servicio de atención al cliente por teléfono y en línea también deja mucho que desear, nunca te contestan. Basta decir que volveré a comprar ahí.
